Quirk: Rainbow lightning The user can create and/or manipulate lightning with either many bolts of varying colors with each color having there own different capabilities, or a single multicolored bolt that has either multiple capabilities or a single but very powerful ability.
Drawbacks: lightning will go around his body and will make him unable to move for a while (10 minutes most)

Information: Ramiel grew up being disliked by his whole family, he only has to be in their presence and he gets beaten for it. He keeps everyone at a distance and doesn't really talk to anyone unless he absolutely needs to. He tends to stay away from from his family members or not say anything whenever he's around them just incase they do something. The only time they actually pay attention to him when they need something so he have always thought of himself as a tool, for people to use.
Each lighting meaning: White: binding lightning (unbreaking binding lightning, NO ONE can break this) Black: Destruction (nothing can stop this lightning) Green: Healing Gold: Pink: Information lightning (when someone is struck with this any information can be revealed) Blue: Orange: Purple: King form (when this lightning comes he can transform into the "King of the skies" and control anything he wants) Silver: Target (this lightning helps follow your target until they are hit)
