The Breakout

Chapter 3

As the days continue in the shoo even thought felt like ages. I started to lose count of how long I have been there. But I got to talk to Alex which was a good thing! We would talk about our disgusting habits and favourite food. I heard a knock at the door, it was a officer saying "your time is finished in here" I was glad I was out. I went back to my bunk and Alex was there too so I ran up and hugged her tight "I missed your face" she said I had no words for it. It was lunch time so we got to the dining hall and sat with our food. The other inmates just looked at us as if we died. Another inmate came up to us and interduces themselves as Ava she had black hair and brown eyes "hey darling" she says in a sarcastic way. Alex jumped up "fuck off Ava she dont like you" Alex shouted Ava just walked away.

-after lunch-

It was time for jobs so I went to the cleaning cupboard to get the supplies I needed. so I can get cleaning. Whilst I was cleaning some bitch decided to put more mess on the floor so I decided to refuse to pick it up. Next minute one of the officers come up to me "You better clean that up Raya" I just shrugged and walked away. The officer dragged me to floor and threatened me to clean it up or I'm going to starve for the next 4 days. Alex walked in, just happened. Her face just looks like she was in pure shock, so she started come over, grab the officer and continue to drag  him off me the officer pushed Alex away and she tripped and fell leaving her on the floor. I gave up and done as my told for Alex's sake.

I knew I have a soft spot and my feelings are eating me up inside I need to confess to her but idk what she would think. After I done my job I went to see Alex and ask her how she is doing. She looked like she was in pain "hey Alex are you okay?" I asked she replied "yes I'm okay I'm glad you're okay as that one officer is a cunt" I just looked at her and giggled.

As the time flied by I know what's causing me to giggle a lot and being happy it was Alex

"RAYA!" Alex shouted "it's tea time we better go and get it before anyone takes our food" I nodded and followed her. We got there and got our food and we just sat with the other inmates. After our food it was time to after tea activities. So we all went off to go. Me and Alex had the same activity which was gym. 

-Night- 

I was so exhausted but in our cell block were having a party as there was another inmates birthday. we all had the classic prison tea. Which was a bore to be honest. after the party it was time for bed. But Alex looked sad I went to go comfort but she pulled me close and whispered in my ear "is it okay if you sleep with me tonight" I silently agreed so we both managed to fit on this single bunk and fell asleep whist she was holding me...
