You Are mine

Chapter-20

Kaira had packed her and Kevin's luggage. They were leaving the next day. But was a little sad as there was no one waiting for her in her own country.

Kevin entered into the room and found Kaira lost in her thoughts. He went near her and tapped her shoulder. She was brought back to the reality.

Kevin asked, "Why are you so lost? Is everything alright? Are you not feeling well?"

Kaira looked at him and suddenly hugged him tightly. Kevin was worried.

He asked, "Hey!! Hey love. Is everything alright?? Don't worry I'm here."

He caressed her hair and slowly separated her from him. She was crying. He made her sit and wiped out her tears.

Kevin asked, "Now tell me. What happened?? What made you cry?? You shouldn't take stress right??"

Kaira looked at him and said, "I... I don't know what to do? We're going there but what if we have to face dad?? What if he troubles us?? I know that he must have already dis inherited me from the family. How am I going to face him?? Have I become an orphan?? Did I betray him??" Few drops of tears flowed down her cheeks.

Kevin smiled and wiped her tears.

He said, "Everything will be fine, love. Don't worry. We surely will come across your dad but he won't trouble us. He won't have dis inherited you. You are his only daughter! How come you are an orphan? Never ever say that again. Ben is there and I am always there with you. And you never can betray anyone even if you want to. You are such a pure soul."

She hugged him. Kevin smiled.

"I love you."

"I love you too, love." He said placing a small kiss on her forehead.

Next day, they had to leave early in the morning. They were in Kevin's private jet. Memories of the past were floating in her brain. They had their first trip in this plane itself. The thoughts made her smile. Kevin noticed it and asked, "May I know the reason behind my wifey's smile??"

"Nothing. Just the past memories. They were so sweet....."

"And is even sweeter now."

Kaira blushed.

While spending time with eachother, they finally landed in Canada.

Soooooooo..... This is it for today. I know I'm very irregular. I'm very sorry for that. But I promise🤞 to post the next chapter by this week.

What about Kevin and Kaira?? Is her fear going to turn into a reality or is she just overthinking?? Kevin, he is so sweet. He handles his wife so easily. How sweet!!
