The girls ventured back to main street Vonwell.

Despite her engagement in the conversation, both Laurie and Pandora could tell that Sonoma was seriously shaken by her found.

But none spoke about it as they entered the bustling square.

The trio walked past window displays of books around certain magical aspects, and history stores, tarot reading stands, etc.

They stopped at the Greenwitchery store, so Pandora could collect a few bits and pieces she'd ordered.

Myst, the store owner greeted them with a smile, and then went back to reorganising the potted plants in the corner.

The shop smelled of jasmine and parchment, a fire crackled in the small fireplace.

Shelves lined with books stood along the walls, and a thick carpet was spread out on the floor.

A table displaying herbs and crystals that could be used for all types of magic was what truly caught Sonomas attention.

Her fingers ghosted over green aventurine, jade, and a bunch of other crystals.

But one in particular drew her in with its energy. The bloodstone.

'Err...Myst? Could I make a purchase?' She calls gently.

'Of course dear, no need to ask, I'll be with you in just a moment!'

A knot she didn't know was there untangled in her chest.

Laurie and Pandora were scanning the shelves, and didn't notice. Which was quite odd, as they were the only people I'm the store.

As Sonoma approached the cashier table, (a slab of wood jutting out from a shelf), she allowed her fingers to trace the simple patterns on the sage green walls.

'A bloodstone crystal...that'll be €1.30' Myst says after a small glance at the item.

'Here' Sonoma hands her the payment, and slowly picks up the crystal, its energy absorbing into her palm, and she could imagine long, green lines escaping from the gem, encasing her body, and empowering her.

She liked the feeling.

She looked at Myst, who now watched her with a strange sort of smile.

'You have a connection with it, don't you? It's drawing you in' She says, resting her face I'm her hand.

'Yeah...I don't quite get it....its like this strange, empowering energy that seems to satisfy me...' Sonoma replies, not really sure what to say.

'That's wonderful, it means you will grow into a powerful witch' Myst assures her, a kind look in her hazel eyes.

'Myst? I'm ready to pay!' Pandora stumbles over, arms full of books and tarot cards and seeds and a lot more.

Myst chuckles fondly and turns to her fellow plant witch.
