Sonoma checked her outfit in the mirror for the final time.
She was wearing a coffee coloured poet sleeved shirt, and a black skirt, along with thigh high leather boots with gold accents.
She personally though she looked hot.
She had ten minutes to go, and Andromeda wasn't home for another two hours, much to her delight.
She packed her leather satchel, and slung it over her shoulder.
Seven minutes to go.
She tied her hair back into a milkmaid braid with a brown ribbon.
She felt utterly giddy about being alone with Aster, she felt like she had known him for nearly four thousand years, not over nearly four days.
It was time.
She ran through the forest, and came to Moros quickly.
She clutched her skirt excitedly as she saw Aster leaning against his house.
She had been surprised to learn he lived her, but it was a quiet, almost empty and had a unique, creepy sort of beauty to it.
Aster nearly yelped when she suddenly appeared in front of him.
'Hey sunshine~' She smirked.
'Commander' He bowed jokingly and the two shared a bout of laughter.
The two walked into the graveyard together.
'What's up?' He said after a comfortable moment of silence.
'I needed to tell you about the vision, before the full moon tonight'
Holy gemstones, he had forgotten about that.
'What is it?' He spoke quietly.
'I had another vision, last night. Two of them actually. The first one was on the way here, and the second one was while I was unconscious' She explained shuddering.
'The first one, I was sitting beside a corpse. There was a woman. It was Lavinia Alderbridge. She called me the Moon child. Then bestowed something onto me, and then in the second one. I was looking down at Moros from above, like I was flying, and then I fell. And you caught me. That's all I remember'
She explains.
Aster nods, pulls her closer, offering her a sense of comfort. She leans her head on his shoulder, feeling relieved that he believed her, and even comforted her on the matter.
'What are we?' She says after a moment.
He looks at her, confused.
'Cosmic witches are incredibly rare. Cosmic enchanters practically none existent. Like, two every millennia. And I suck at all magick, like, I know a teensy bit of divination. But that doesn't mean anything, no offense to Laurie' She sighed.
'Well, Maybe, you're so rare, that you could maybe be more skilled in a magick you have nor been taught yet? I'm a cosmic witch because I believe I could do something with astrology, and space 'n' stuff' He smiled.
She didn't know how badly she wanted to hear someone say that until that moment.
But just as they were content, movement of an inhumane creature became clearer over the hill.
It roared, and turned to them. Sprinting at top speed.
They were in peril.
