Pandora felt dumb.

She hadn't noticed that her best friend was acting off since last night, and that she seemed a lot closer to Aster.

Even ignoring her in favour of him.

It made her feel bad to say the least. She had always done her best to help Sonoma, especially since she had troubles with her magic.

She felt like a bad friend.

But at the same time, she felt that her and Sonoma had both been bad friends around this time period.

But her mind kept trailing back to the feeling of comfort Sonoma had brought her back when she had explained Myst had been murdered.

It had caused warmth to bloom in her stomach. The thought of visiting her friend always made her giddy in an undiscribable way.

Oh no, She thought, panic roaring in her chest, she had fallen for her best friend.

These feelings were her jealousy over Aster, and that she might loose Sonoma.

She slapped herself.

Sonoma clearly didn't like her back. She definitely felt some kind of romantic attraction to Aster.

She closed her eyes, and counted to five. It was fine. She would support her friend with her crushes no matter how much it hurt her.

She forced those thoughts into the deepest pit of her head, and blinked back to reality.

It was two o'clock. She had slept on the couch of the Deyanira family for an hour and a bit.

Sonoma was still in her room.

Pandoras eyes trailed to Aster, who slept soundly on the fluffy mat.

Laurie suddenly entered the room quietly, a tray in hand.

Pandora looked up at her, and she understood what she was thinking.

Something had happened when Aster and Sonoma had disappeared, and Sonoma returned alone, a wide smile playing across her face.

Sonoma hadn't said anything, but the claw marks on her side said it all.

She hadn't meant to show them, she had simply reached for a divination book on the shelf and her shirt had lifted.

Pandora knew Aster hadn't done it, seeing as he had a similar one on his shoulder.

They had been attacked in some way. And Laurie and Pandora had to figure it out.

The forest was eerily silent.

Birds didn't sing, and the wind had fallen in temperature.

The rivers had stopped flowing momentarily.

All of a sudden, a clawed hand ripped through the ground, and it began to move toward Vonwells creepiest Street.

Whatever it was, it was headed for The Moonstone Graveyard.
