Shai and I are ready for another day of school. I hug my mom, for the first time ever, while we walk out of the house, and down to Shai's bus stop. I can't help but imagine, if this will be my life, everyday. I day dream, waiting for the bus. The bus comes, and Shai and I step on. We sit next to each other, and I put my ear buds in. I rock out in my mind, and enjoy the lyrics of Joey Graceffa's new song 'Don't Wait'.

We're at school, finally, and I take out my ear buds. I stand up in sync with Shai, and we head off the bus. We stand outside the school, waiting for them to let us in. I lean against the school, and think.

The bell rings and we both shoot to attention. We walk into the school and we go to our lockers. We get our advisory stuff, and go to advisory. We sit next to each other, and off we are.

It's the end of the day. I'm tired as all hell, I walk to the bus with Shai, and she gives me weird look, to me at least.

"What?" I ask her.
"Oh, just wondering, wanna go shopping?" Shai looks at me, excited.
"Uh, sure?" I reply, skeptical.
"It'll be fun!" Shai jumps up and down.

We go to the mall, and I realize I don't have money.
"Uh, Shai, I don't have money," I look at her.
"Oh, don't worry," Shai pulls out a wad of cash.
"Wow, you just carry that around with you?" I ask.
"Yeah," she replies simply.

We walk into the mall, and I gasp. I've never been to this mall before, and it's huge. I look around, and see at least 10 Starbucks.

We walk to Macy's and look for clothes. I look and find a beautiful dress. Now, I'm not one for dresses, but this, was gorgeous. I look to Shai, and she nods her head. I go and try it on, and it fits perfectly. It has pink lace, and goes down to my knees. It's a beautiful shade of baby blue, and I look at the price tag. I gasp, and immediately take it off, I'm getting it.

"The dress is only $30, that's one of the cheapest!" I exclaim
"Okay, we're getting it!" Shai nods in approval again.
After what feels like hours of shopping for Shai, we're on a bus home. I feel so lucky to have this dress, and I smile in glee.
"Thanks, sis," I tell Shai.
"No problem," Shai looks at me.
