I wake up, the alarm going off. Shai get's up, and turns it off. I stand up, and grab my clothes. I dress into them, and put my pajamas in the dresser. I grab a piece of chocolate, and eat it. I feel the smooth chocolate go down my throat, glazing it.

I grab my school stuff, making sure all my homework is done. I look and it's all ready. I grab my bag and stuff my binders in there. I head upstairs, Shai behind me. I lay my bag down next to the door, and sit next to Shai. Shai's still in her pajamas, and so is Nathen. Breakfast is served and we eat. I finish, and head down stairs, thanking my mom.

I brush my teeth and comb my hair. I look in the mirror and notice that I've got a huge zit smack in the middle of my forehead. I take some makeup out of my dresser, and cover it up. I may not be a girly girl- but those are so damn annoying and draw attention! I finish up in the bathroom, and head upstairs.

I go upstairs, and it's only 7:30. We still have a while before we have to leave, so I sit at the couch. I watch TV until it's time to go, and we're off to the bus stop again.

It's the end of the day, and Shai is sitting next to me on the bus. We had a huge pop quiz in History. Shai cheated off me, but I was fine with that. I grow fond of Shai, she is my twin after all. She bought me a dress, and is letting me stay at her house.

We get off the bus, and we walk home. I look to Shai and she looks like she's in deep thought. I don't disturb her, and when we get home, we go straight downstairs.

"Hand me the screw driver," I hear my dad say.

"What's going on in there?" I whisper to Shai.

"I don't know, let's find out," She whispers back.

"Okay," I nod.

We walk in, and see our parents on the floor building a bed. There's a mattress propped up against a wall, and a bunch of boards everywhere. I giggle, and walk out of the room. Are they building me a bed? I wonder. I go upstairs to the kitchen, and make a quick snack for Shai and me. Shai comes up, and enjoys some chips and dips.

"So, they're making you a bed," She says, as we sit in the living room.

"Really? That's awesome!" I exclaim.

"Yeah!" Shai exclaims, turning on the TV, "What do you want to watch?"

"Uh, what do you have?" I ask.

"Anything really, from baby shows to horror," Shai tells me.

"Do you have The Fosters?" I ask.

"You like that? So do I!" She exclaims, turning the channel to The Fosters.

We drown ourselves in chips and dips. We binge watch the Fosters, and enjoy every bit of it. Tomorrow is Friday, so we can do lots more. I think of all of these things while we watch The Fosters.

It's about 8 by the time our parent's come up. We both sigh, and hand over the remote. We go downstairs, and I help Shai with her homework. We finish up, and I love my new bed. It's on the other side of the room, and is just like Shai's. It has a trundle, and is just a different color. I move my dresser over to my bed. I set my stuff on the side of the bed, and I lie down. I slowly drift to sleep, happy as ever.
