*Time hop because I can, it's 3 years later*

We rush into the car. It's the last day of senior year. Graduation Day. Shai and I drive down to Myra Caetlin High. Shai got her licence before me, but I'm still the better driver. We park the car, grab our bags, and we're off. Faster than a bullet, we sit, the bell ringing right then.

Shai and I give each other smug looks, and get to learning. It's been 3 years, and we've had all the same classes. We planned on even being roommates and move out together. Even though we're sisters, it feels like we're best friends more than anything.

I still can zombie through most classes, but I choose not to. I enjoy listening, and typically I do zombie out. But I notice a lot more, like people passing notes, and other things. I still learn, which I find surprising. The bell rings, and Shai and I jump up. We head out the door, onto our next class.

"It's lunch already? " I ask Shai as we walk out of 5th hour.

"Yeah, you do zombie out all day don't you?" Shai looks at me, somewhat amused.

"Yeah, pretty much," We get in the lunch line.

We order the same thing, and sit down. It feels so nice, knowing I have a family. My real family. I zone out, talking with Shai. My mind goes off in the distance, some how staying in contact with Shai.

I zone out through the day. 7th and 8th period fly by. We stand up as the final bell goes off. Shai and I dash out of the room. Shai and I have a deal. First person to get the keys gets to drive. Shai usually gets a head start, seeing as she's right next to the door. I'm faster though, with longer legs.

I grab the keys, right before she has enough time. I laugh, and she does too. We grab our bags, and head to our car. We share a car, just like most things. Our parents know we don't mind sharing. The car is an old Toyota Sedan. It has a bright blue exterior, and a beautiful gray interior.

I drive home, Shai and I blasting music. We enjoy the same music, just like we did when we first met. Once we get home, we both know something is up. All of the lights were off, but our parents car was still there.

"What do you think it is this time?" I ask, looking at Shai.

"Probably a graduation thing," Shai sighs.

"Shall we go in?" I park the car.

"We shall," Shai opens her door.

I open my door, and we both get out. We walk into the house, and as expected;

"Surprise!" The entire family exclaims.

Shai and I both scream, laughing afterwards. We sit down, and enjoy cake and ice cream. We both get Graduation gifts. I got a few little knickknacks, and so did Shai. But then a big surprise comes. Our parents both come out, both with letters.

"Here you go," Both of them say, handing us the envelopes.

We open them, and start screaming. Inside the envelopes, were acceptance letters. Shai and I both got accepted to Harvard. Almost impossible, but we both did it. We got up, and started jumping around.

"We're going to Harvard!" We both exclaim.

"We have another surprise, which hopefully you both, and your brothers, will love," Mom says, guiding us over to the couch.

Our brother come and sit at the couch also, all of us listening. Mom and Dad sit on the other couch in front of us. They sigh, with relief.

"You are getting a brother or sister!" Mom exclaims.

We all jump from the couch. We're screaming and jumping, happier than ever. A new brother or sister? I scream in my head. Shai and I start dancing, happily.

"That's awesome, but why do you want another one?" Shai looks at them.

"We love kids, just that much," Dad says.

This, this is going to be awesome.
