Chapter 27: The Brother's Sister

The med bay was at full capacity as team flash stood over Emily who was currently unconscious from an explosion that disappeared within seconds. Barry looks down at her with his arms crossed, he wondered who she was and where she came from

The rest of the team was also feeling the exact same way; the young teenager looked so young and yet there was she was unconscious, she had been breathing but yet she hadn't woke up

But there was one person on the team who didn't know what to say, and that was Cisco. It wasn't too long ago where Henry had taken him and forced him to build the young girl a suit. He didn't exactly mention that little detail to the team as he wasn't sure if he'd suffer a wrath from the demon of speed. But still he couldn't figure out who this girl was to Henry and why he built her a suit

Henry's words were basically telling Cisco that it wasn't any of his business and he didn't want it to be. He could tell the team who she was, but he didn't wanna risk his own life. He'd seen how Speed Demon easily managed to take down the flash and he didn't wanna be next on that list

The silence in the room was finally broken as Barry cleared his throat and looked at Caitlin who'd been running tests on the young teenager

Barry: So who is she, Caitlin?

Caitlin didn't answer his question as she kept her gaze on the tablet she held in her hand. There was something about what she'd just discovered that confused her

Barry saw her reaction as he spoke again

Barry: Caitlin?

The medical doctor finally snapped out of it and turned to Barry as she looked at him and said

Caitlin: I have no idea.

The team looked around at each other, unsure of why she couldn't know who she was. Confusion settled between them all as Caitlin once again spoke to clear up any confusion

Caitlin: I've searched every medical database, I even had Cisco search police records, missing persons and there's nothing.

As Caitlin says this, Barry looks down at the teenager, the pieces of the puzzle beginning to form

Caitlin: It's almost like-

But Caitlin was cut off by Barry who began to understand

Barry: She doesn't exist.

The team looks at Barry after he said that as they all raise a brow confused at what that is supposed to mean

Iris: What do you mean? "She doesn't exist"?

A quiet groan exists Barry's mouth as he rubs his forehead. Once again, he was bombarded by a new person. It was like they were all just coming out of the wood works

Barry went to speak to help the team understand but he couldn't even get a word out as Henry arrives and tells the team what they wanna know

Henry: Her name is Emily.

The team turn to see Henry standing beside the door with a corn dog in his hand

But what could've settled the confusion, just made more confusion than before

Iris: What? How do you know?

Henry rolls his eyes as Iris; he didn't care for her nor did even wanna talk to her instead he just walks towards Cisco as he puts the corn dog in his hands as the team follows his gaze as he stepped towards Emily

He rubbed his hands and put his hands on the bed as he looked down at her. The last time he'd seen her, she was going to find out where there mother was...but judging by the condition she was in, it was fair to assume that was the last thing she'd discovered
