𝘾𝙃𝙄𝙇𝘿𝙍𝙀𝙉 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙁𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙃 [𝔹𝕆𝕆𝕂 𝟚] [𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙻𝙴𝚃𝙴𝙳]

Chapter 10: An Early Problem

They say that family is everything and Nora, well she couldn't disagree with that fact. Ever since she was a little girl all she's ever believed is that life can just be perfect with family because without family, what's the point of even living? All she had was her family, and yes that included Henry, no matter what he's done he was still her family

She was adjusting just like Bart to being with her family for the first time in so long, all she wanted to do was make her dad proud given the chance, she even snuck into a crime scene as an CSI Intern, she enjoyed seeing her dad work and enjoyed working with him

But unexpectedly life couldn't take a pause as a new meta human came out from the shadows in the form of block, one who could create boxes of dense air, and so team flash got to work even though they still had the threat of Speed Demon that didn't mean they could just stop protecting the city from other meta's

Barry began to teach Nora and Bart the ways of how he was as a speedster but they weren't exactly open to doing things his way; but together the three of them stopped their newest meta

But things didn't stop there; a new and possibly much bigger threat came in the form of Cicada, he had killed Gridlock and Block with utter ease, he was strong, he manhandled team flash and let's just say, Nora's family has their work cut out for them

Nora and Bart stood together in the cortex with team flash including Supergirl all stood around and listened to the two speedsters talk about Cicada

According to the two of them, Cicada was the one who got away, team flash never caught him

Iris: What else do you know about him?

Iris asks, concerned about their newest threat

Nora: Just that he....

Nora glanced over at Bart, there was a problem with Cicada, a big problem

She looks back at everyone as she says

Nora: He's early.

Barry: What do you mean he's early?

Nora: In our history, Cicada's first victim was a meta human named Floyd Belkin. And he never killed Gridlock or Block. They're completely different victims.

Barry nods knowing why the victims changed

Barry: Because the timeline changed.

Nora: Yeah, and now they're both dead...because of me.

Bart: And me.

Bart says as he puts his arm around Nora to console her, the two of them had done more than they bargained for

Barry was concerned for Bart and Nora, there was no telling what changes to the timeline have already occurred due to Cicada being early and now they had to find and stop him, but when their futures selves couldn't stop him, no one could not even the girl of steel

The fastest man alive already had enough on his plate, now he had to deal with two threats, Cicada and Speed Demon, the only question was, who was worse? There was honestly no telling who was worse, both of these two threats were something else entirely but they had to stop Cicada

Luckily for Nora she already had a plan but before her plan could work she had somewhere else to be

Barry: Alright, Nora. What's your plan?

He asks as he steps towards his daughter, he was all ears for whatever plan she could come up with, it's not like he had one

Nora looks down at her gauntlet and then back up at Barry
