SCP-4494 is the living physical embodiment of the concept of fight against crime. He would manifest himself at night during dire confrontations between law enforcement and criminals to aid in defeating the injustice. After successfully subduing the criminals SCP-4494 would soon demanifest but not before briefly conversing with the people present. During his free time SCP-4494 often watched TV or played video games.
However, one time he was failing to accomplish his job, the entire city he was located at the time had forgotten about the concept of crime fighting. In just some hours and minutes the city was completely engulfed by criminal activity which had reached unprecedented levels, while the citizens were oblivious to the changes and the chaos. Because of this incident the SCP Foundation had decided to let SCP-4494 freely roam the world and fight crime, classifying him as Archon.
Powers: -Abstract Existence, Conceptual Manipulation & Limited Mind Manipulation: SCP-4494 is the physical manifestation of the concept of justice or crime fighting, should it be stopped in its crime fighting activities people in an expanding 100km radius per hour will no longer comprehend the concept of illegality/wrong doings in their actions. People in law enforcement won't be able to understand the nature of their job as they disband immediately afterwards -Teleportation: Manifests in situations where illegal or morally evil things are done -Smoke Manipulation: Fog always appears when SCP-4494 manifests -Text Manipulation & Sound Manipulation: All text mentioning SCP-4494 will be changed to make it look stylish and dramatic; sound speakers will channel its name as dramatic wispers -Martial Arts: Engages its enemies in hand to hand combat and is fairly experienced; should be familiar with martial arts -Light Manipulation: Its body absorbs light on the visual spectrum to make it look entirely black -Cloth Manipulation: Can extend its cape at will for dramatic flourish
