Hope Harmina was orphaned at a young age when both her parents were killed when their vacation cruise boat sack. Hope was put in the care of her stepfather who immediately put her to work, to mold her into the perfect singer. Vocal lessons, diet's and non stop auditions filled her life. She was eventually given a pop-star contract that paid well but was very strict. She was forbidden from dating, forced to build muscles, all for the sake of drawing bigger crowds. Hope believed this to be all her life would amount to, but fate had other plans.
Long ago, a hidden diamond shaped herb called the Crystal Chorus lay dormant beneath a forgotten amphitheater. This ancient herb was said to hold the purest essence of human hope, stored as resonant energy. When Hope was a child, her voice was the first in centuries able to harmonize with the relic's frequency. During a fateful concert held on those ancient grounds, she sang a song of comfort to a grieving crowd. The Crystal Chorus responded—its power flooding into her heart, binding her soul to its music.
From that moment, she became the living vessel of the Crystal Chorus—able to turn song into healing, defense, and light.
Powers: -Healing and Destruction Resonance: Hope can produce Pink Resonance for destruction and blue Resonance for healing. With Pink Resonance she can create weapons, energy attacks, and other destructive techniques. With Blue Resonance she can heal, strengthen and inspire allies. -Sonic Hand Blasts: She channels sound waves through her palms, launching Musical Blasts that can push back enemies or shatter obstacles. -Stunning Notes: Her high-pitched Resonance Chord temporarily stuns or disorients foes. -Healing Harmonies: Singing calming melodies emits a warm, radiant energy that accelerates healing in allies. -Musical Constructs: She can create solid constructs (e.g., crystalline shields, platforms, or weapons) made of hard-light "sound crystals." For speed Hope can form these constructs below her and surf on them. -Amplified Presence: During performances, she inspires those around her, boosting morale and courage.
Signature Moves: -Hopewave Crescendo: A large radial burst of energy that heals allies and repels enemies. -Shatter Solo: Focused sonic beam that fractures enemy defenses. -Prism Encore: Summons a protective dome of musical crystals shielding her team. -Aurora Aria: An ultimate move where she hovers, singing a powerful melody that restores allies' strength and courage while unleashing shimmering blasts of light.
