Terra is the daughter of the Chaos Councilor but not cruel like her father, she's a shy and timid girl when meeting new people. Her father preformed a small experiment on her which gave her powers and her unique pupil.
Powers: -Time stopping: The power to stop time while still being able to move around normally. -Aim Dodging -Binding/Inanimation -Paralysis Inducement -Frozen Activity -Temporal Displacement: User is displaced from the regular flow of time -Speed Cancellation: Objects and beings literally stop.
