The origins of SCP-811, known as "The Swamp Woman," remain shrouded in mystery. What little is known comes from a rare interview conducted by Dr. Trebuchet. During the interview, as Dr. Trebuchet fed SCP-811 a frog, he gently probed her memories. SCP-811 recalled a vague and haunting image of a man injecting her with something, followed by a horrifying account of consuming the man. The grotesque details of her story caused Dr. Trebuchet's assistant to vomit, highlighting the sheer horror of her past experiences.
Within the Foundation, SCP-811 encountered SCP-049, also known as "The Plague Doctor." Unlike others who saw her as a mere anomaly, SCP-049 treated her with patience and kindness. He took it upon himself to teach her how to speak and helped her develop a better understanding of the world around her. Under his guidance, SCP-811's behavior improved significantly, and she began to reclaim her humanity.
Recognizing her potential, the Foundation provided SCP-811, nicknamed "Moss," with extensive training. Her natural abilities were honed, and she developed exceptional combat skills. She participated in various small missions, including capturing dangerous entities and rescuing hostages. Her unique physiology and abilities made her an invaluable asset in the field.
When the Last Hope was formed, Moss was a natural choice for recruitment. SCP-191, a brilliant cybernetic entity, designed a specialized suit for her. This suit was engineered to collect and contain her corrosive and sticky sweat, turning her potential liability into a powerful weapon.
