Chapter 6 - cake 

1 gets up, and like toddlers do the kid gets up and walks over with their hands up, 1 picks the kid up as the door bell rings, walking over, letting the kid open the door [granted the kid reached for it first], a woman, just a bit taller then Oliver but shorter then 1, with white hair in tiny puffs, she was holding a cake, but didn't expect 1,

S [for sunny] - "oh hello, I'm sunny, where is Oliver?"

Oliver had moved to the couch, which was out of view to sunny because the kid was trying to get to the cake, looking over and moving out of the way for sunny, putting the cake on the table and getting out candles, placing 18 on the cake after getting it out of the box, it was a plain birthday cake,

1 - "oh I didn't know it was your birthday Oliver, happy birthday"
O - "no its yours, you told me last night you didn't get one, and didn't have anyone to celebrate with, its vanilla because I didn't know what you liked.."

Walking over and sitting next to Oliver [who sat on the middle of the couch, with sunny to his left], the one year old wanted to be next to the baby so 1 put them in between him and Oliver, sunny took out a candle lighter and started setting the candles on fire, it reminded 1 of a few years prior, when he smoked, obviously the candles smelt a lot different, but when he couldn't smoke he would burn stuff, which is mostly how he got over the addiction, the fire reminded him of the warmth he always made, the smell made him dizzy for a few seconds but thats why he did it, for the feeling of the warmth with the few seconds of feeling like nothing else was important, now day dreaming about what had happened in the last 3 years ago, only snapping out of it when he instinctively grabbed the child's hand from the flames

S - "maybe we should have thought that through,"

With out warning 1 blew out the candles, changing the subject before they noticed he was avoiding the song,

1 - "I'm assuming your being so nice to harvest my organs or something"
O - "if I wanted organs I would have gotten them from sunny"
S - "woOoow"

She said with a jokily gasp,

S - "don't you love me,"
O - "only until I need organs,"
1 - "oh are you guys dating?"
S - "I thought you guys were dating?"
O - "I thought both of you would have killed me but I guess all of us are wrong,"
S - "then why do you have a random guy now living with you? With another kid?"
1 - "thats what I'm confused about, which is why I asked if you were going to kill me,"
O - "geez I can't just be nice?"
S & 1 - "no???"

At this point everyone was confused, except the baby who fell asleep with its head on the one year old,

O - "well I just am,"
S - "anyway, if you don't mind me asking why 18 candles?"
1 - "because I'm 18?"
S - "he's 18?"
O - "i thought you got that from me staying get 18 candles"
S - "but he's so tall and look at his face"

Putting her hand on Oliver's knee to hold herself up and touching 1's face with the other, it was more like placing her hand on his face but still, grabbing her hand and slowly pulling it to her side while saying he'd appreciate if she didn't do that, while Oliver told her shes putting all her weight on his knee and it's hurting, after apologizing she sat down again,

S - "the bakery must think I'm weird, I buy a cake every month or so, and I have to get one in two months for the party,"

Getting side tracked from her original side track, she invited them to the party she was hosting,

S - "well its not really a party its like a two day sleepover, except only my best friends stay over"
1 - "you just met me-"
S - "then my excuse is you are Oliver's plus one"
O - "where is it held?"
S - "a flight away"
1 & O - "flight?"
1 - "well how will the kids do?"
O - "well i already adopted the one year old and I'm sure won't take long to get passports but my question is how will I do on the flight-"
1 - "it's probably not a long flight"
S - "yea its only five hours, we can just sleep, I'll tell the rats I have as friends to be quiet"
O - "welp then I have to work on passports"

At this point they realized they had bored the kids to sleep, while Sunny and Oliver put the kids in their rooms [both shared a room because Oliver still had a crib from when the one year old was around a baby] while 1 looked for anything to cut the cake with.

[short chapter because I've been doing 1000 and 2000 chapters back to back]
