The picture at the top is what me (right) and Val (left) are wearing in this chapter. AND THAT'S NOT OUR HAIR K (well that's what Val's looks like but it's longer and less curly) -Kay

Kay's POV:

I slowly open my eyes, letting them adjust to the light. I look across the room and Val's bed. Noticing she's still sleeping I get out of my own bed and walk to her bed. I doubt she's ticklish, but it's worth a try.

Nope. Not worth it. She's not ticklish. I sigh, and get another idea.

I run out of the room and down the hallway, to what I assume is Len, KAITO, and Gakupo's room. I slowly open the door, and Len wakes up, looking at me. "Hm?" he says. "Can you um... help me? Val won't wake up." he smirks, getting the idea, then nods and gets out of bed. He poofs into his clothes and follows me to our room.

I stand in the doorway, watching while Len shakes my sister awake. She groans a little, telling me to let her sleep, and opens her eyes. She probably won't fangirl as much today, as she met Len last night along with Teto and MEIKO. I don't fangirl as much as her, so when I met Miku I didn't freak out.

Val gasps, making me return to reality. "I was told to do this." Len whispers, then leaves. I shrug as she tucks a strand of her brown hair behind her ear.

"You asked him to wake me up?" she asks, and I nod. "You weren't waking up." I say simply, and walk over to my bed.

I guess it's time for some background on me and Val.

We used to Skype all the time and had met over the internet as well. She told me after a while that should would be coming to Florida, where I lived at the time, over the summer. We both had a shared obsession with VOCALOID and Japan at the time, and we would dance to their songs all the time. After about a year, we had 200 dances that we would do together when she came to Florida.

And we did. We had a blast, but she had to leave soon. It was kindaaaa emotional for me, but I managed. (Everything after this point is made up -Kay) Not long after that, we started uploading videos a Japanese dancing site, NicoNicoDouga, hoping to get accepted to be odorites. (look it up) And sure enough, we did. We said goodbye to our parents and moved to Japan on our own. We got adopted by Aikae's parents who seemed nice at the time, but really weren't. (More on that later) We study the Japanese culture and language, and have been happy since.

My face lights up, causing my sister to look up from her phone. "Sorry. It's just, I just remembered that they have an entire choreography room." I reply, and Val's face lights up as well. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" she asks, and I nod. We both run out of the room and before long, we are in the huge room.

"DanceDance?" Val asks, and I nod again. "You know me so well." I say, and we start dancing.

DanceDance is the nickname we gave to DanceDance DecaDence, to make it shorter. Val used to absolutely hate this dance, but she's grown to love it. I always have.

We finish, panting, and Val unplugs her phone from the speakers and puts it in her pocket.

"We need to get in shape." Val jokes, and I laugh in reply. Luka comes through the door. "Time for breakfast!" she calls, and neither of us argues as we run through the door.

"This is great, Luka!" Len exclaims through a mouthful of pancakes. Everyone laughs. I nod in agreement, and Luka smiles. "Well I didn't do this alone. MEIKO did most of it." "Yeah," MEIKO says. "What am I, chopped liver?" we all laugh again.

The table we are eating at is right in front of the kitchen, next to the wall where the front door is. It can seat 8 people, so Gakupo and GUMI couldn't eat with us. But they weren't far, sitting on the couch.

The people sitting at the table (in order from closest to the kitchen to closest to the living room, which is right behind the semi-circle table) were me, Val, GUMI, KAITO, Miku, MEIKO, Len, and Luka.

I hear my name, and snap out of my daze. "Huh?" I say, blushing madly. "I said," Miku says. "How do you like it here, Kay?" "Oh, it's amazing! And it's so beautiful here. I knew you guys had money, but not this much." I smile.

"I heard you like to dance." KAITO says, and Val answers this time. "Love, not like. We danced all the time over Skype, and to your songs also. We danced to probably 500 songs together." "Cool," KAITO replies.

"Did Mayu make your outfits?" MEIKO asks. We both nod. "She's really good." I say. "Yeah, she comes in handy a lot." MEIKO replies, and we all laugh together.

I started to feel really at home here, like this place replaced something missing in my heart.

But little did I know, this dream would turn into a nightmare.
