I have my almost finished un-toasted toast, my dry cocoa puffs, and my orange juice, and I'm ready to write! Also the picture at the top is only Rin and Len because I couldn't find one with the other 2 in it -Kay

Miku's POV:

Just as I am putting away my plate, something comes to mind. "Crap!" I exclaim, and everyone looks at me. "Sorry. I just remembered, it's Rin, Len, Rinto, and Lenka's birthday today." "Thanks for noticing." Len mumbles.

"Sorry." I say, and grab Luka's hand, pulling her out the door. "Where are we going?" she asks. "To get cake and decorations. Tell everyone to get their presents for the Kagamine's together." She nods in reply, and text-walks with me to the train stop.

***

"Done yet?" I ask Luka, who was still on her phone, texting. She shakes her head. "There's a lot of us." is all she says, and I nod, leaning my head back on the bench, waiting for the train to come and take us home. We were done shopping.

Trains that aren't ours come and go, just as they do every day. Hachune dozes on my head, as Tako Luka dozes on Luka's head. I reach into my small backback next to me, and pull out my phone to check my twitter.

205 notifications. At least now I have something to do. I sigh, and am about to start scrolling, but "I've been working on the railroad" starts playing, telling us that our train has arrived.

I reluctantly put away my phone and get up. Luka does the same, and we both walk to the train while taking out our cards.

I walk into the train, holding out my ticket and showing it to the guy with the ticket thing

Hachune snaches it from me, placing it in her little music box she floats in, to keep it safe with her.

Luka walks behind me, with that I look behind myself and see Tako Luka messing with Luka. I sniff the air, the scent of coffee.

It reminds me of Ruko.

I look around the train, scanning every person. And of course, in the back of the train, there is Ruko.

She drinks her coffee like a maniac, stacks of Starbucks near her feet.

She obviously caught my eye because she's 6'5!

"Hi Ruko!" I wave over to her, she looks up from her phone.

"Hi Miku-san!" She waves her finger, looking back at her phone and sipping more coffee.

"So are you excited for the party?" I tap my fingers as Luka looks up from her lap.

"Oh, yeah. Of course, It's Len-kyun's birthday." She grins, taking a Larval Rin out of Tako Luka's tentacles.

"Give this to Rin. I'm sure she'll like it, she'll have an ugly version of her, except it'll be like Hachune, but ugly. Unless she just wants her yellow music floaty box." She chuckles, as I hear the wheels of the train screetch, meaning we stopped.

"Do you think Val is excited? She seems overly happy that she lives with Len, now." I get up from my seat, holding out my hand for Luka. She takes it and the three of us exit the train.

When we get off the train, all three of us say in unison, "Nah," we giggle and walk inside, checking for the quadruplets. Seeing there are none in sight, we place the presents and the cake on the table.

I clap my hands together, a little too loudly. "Let's get to work." I say, and we scramble to find something to put up.

***

I sigh, flopping on the couch. We were finally done, and the party starts in 2 hours. Luka laughs and sits at my feet, white Ruko leans against the wall drinking her third coffee.

"Don't you ever get a sugar rush, Ruko?" I ask, and she simply shakes her head. "Not really. I guess I'm immune to coffee or something. I don't know." She shrugs and takes another sip.

Everyone suddenly comes downstairs, except for the Kagamines. "Where are they?" Luka asks, and KAITO answers. "We got them out of the house along with Mayu, so they can go eat dinner or something. It's a surprise party." "Mhm," MEIKO says. "And as far as they know, all they're doing is eating while we are supposedly planning a party for tommorrow. Hopefully they don't suspect anything, since we didn't come." Luka smiles, satisfied with her answer.

"Good job with the decorations." GUMI says, and I smile as well. "Thanks." I reply, and get up along with Luka.

"Well, let's get ready!" I exclaim, and no one argues as we all get to our hiding places to wait.

***

I mentally sigh from my spot next to the couch. It was getting hot in between the wall and the couch, and I didn't know if I could stay in this spot any longer. As if reading my mind, I hear Lenka's voice and the door open. About time.

The lights suddenly click on, and everyone jumps out and yells, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" I see Lenka standing in shock, her hand in the same spot it was before. She stumbles forward due to Len knocking her over and leads everyone inside. I hope they like this party, because they won't get another one for a year.
