AFTER SPEAKING with the Dean of the Sci-Tech Department, we proceeded to interview Jane Villegas's blockmates and friends. Mr. Survales informed us that they had a class scheduled for 10:30am today.

"May nakakakilala ba kay Jane Villegas dito?" I heard a loud voice emanating from Yoda's mouth. Some of the students looked towards him in surprise, while others continued with their activities as if they hadn't heard anything.
"Yo, what's your deal with Jane, huh?" The man who approached us was taller than Yoda, with a broad physique, unruly black hair, and warm brown skin, and he strutted up to us like he owned the place. "You got something to do with her gone missin' or what?!"
Yoda barely had time to react as the guy sprang forward and seized the collar of his blazer, hauling him in with explosive speed. The force of the jerk caught Yoda off guard, causing him to stagger and almost fall over. The commotion drew the attention of all the students in the room, who turned to face the disturbance with curious and apprehensive expressions.
"Chill out, dude!" Itinaas ni Yoda ang kanyang dalawang kamay na tila sumusuko. "We're here to find her."

We saw a woman with black, curly hair, a slender build, and mixed-race skin that radiated in the light. She stood at the same height as me, and with a swift move, she strode towards the towering man and delivered a powerful slap to his arm.
The man in front of him released his grip on Yoda's blazer in response to the woman's actions. Yoda sprang up to his feet as soon as the man released his grip on his collar, having nearly lost his balance moments ago. Pasalamat siya iniligtas siya ng babaeng 'to. Yoda straightened out his blazer and regained his composure. "Thanks for that, miss. We're here to investigate the disappearance of Jane Villegas. Have you seen or heard anything that might be of help?"
The woman's expression softened as she looked at us. "I'm sorry about Abueno. He can be a bit hot-headed sometimes. He is a friend of mine and Jane, nag-aalala lang siya sa kaibigan namin kaya siya ganyan."
