IT FELT LIKE HOURS AS NÌNRRA SAT THERE. HER EARS LOW AND TAIL CURLED. SHE SAT THERE UNTIL TSU'TEY HAD BEEN THE ONE TO FIND HER. Seeing Kinä like that made even the brave warrior stumble and gasp. He said soothing words to Nìnrra and helped her get the girl's body from under the tree.

Nìnrra held back more cries as she saw how badly she was injured and instead let Tsu'Tey pick up the child. She followed behind him silently. He lead them to the broken clan regrouping. She looked around for Neytiri but did not find her so she tapped Tsu'Tey's shoulder, "I will go look for Neytiri. Please look after her for me.."

Nìnrra had found the girl sometime later. She was looking everywhere for someone and once spotting Nìnrra, she immediately brought the girl into her arms. Nìnrra tightened her hold on the girl and could feel her eyes gloss over. Neytiri intertwined their fingers and began pulling them in a random direction,"Now that I've found you, we must find my father." Nìnrra nodded at her words and helped the girl over fallen trees.

Once they finally came across Eytukan, Nìnrra felt her heart drop. Neytiri let out a cry and fell to her knees next to the man. Nìnrra let out a sob and sat across from Neytiri. She hovered her shaky hand over his wound and felt herself cry harder. Eytukan weakly grabbed both their hands and spoke, "Daughter, take my bow. Nìnrra, take my knife." Nìnrra shakingly grabbed the knife from him and cried.

"Protect The People." Eytukan whispered as the life left him. Nìnrra squeezed her eyes shut and held the knife closer to her. At the sound of twigs snapping and the shouting of their names, her eyes shot open and she looked behind Neytiri to find Jake. A bubbling rage built up inside her and she slowly stood up. Jake looked into her eyes and he didn't recognize the woman he had fell in love with. He saw someone else, someone angry, someone dangerous.

Jake stepped closer to them and sat next to Nìnrra before placing his hands on the back of their necks. "I'm sorry.. I'm sorry." He whispered with guilt racking his body. "Get away...Get away! Get away from here!" Neytiri shouted at him as she shoved him away from them. Nìnrra stared at him with a heated gaze and tightened the hold on Eytukan's knife. "Never come back!" Neytiri cried and sat down next to Nìnrra.

Jake's ears dropped at her words and clenched his fists as Nìnrra wouldn't even look at him."You have brought shame to us. Leave and do not return." Nìnrra calmly spoke, still not looking at him as she wrapped her arm around Neytiri's sobbing form. Jake's eyes watered and his heart shattered at that very moment, the guilt suffocating him. He watched them for a moment more before slowly walking away.

Nì'awve clutched Kinä's body to him closely and cried with Nìnrra. They held each other tightly and watched as she was lowered into a hole near the Tree of Souls. The clan was burying all of the fallen children in a beautiful flower field just walking distance from the Tree of Souls. Nìnrra got herself together and placed a Kinä's favorite flower over her curled up body. Neytiri grabbed her hand and gently let down the Atokirina. Nìnrra observed her people's heartbroken expressions as they buried their young, old, friends, family, and found herself with a newfound determination.

Her eyes hardened and she promised Kinä and everyone else that she would bring them to justice, that she would spill the Sky People's blood. After the funeral, Nìnrra made tsaheylu with her Pa'li, Hoan. She mounted him and began a slow jog into the forest. She just needed a moment to herself, to gather her thoughts before she faced the clan again. She felt very empty and alone, although she knew she wasn't completely alone, the feeling still remained.

Nìnrra petted Hoan's neck and allowed herself to have one more cry before she stitched her heart back up and put a bandaid over it. Then, she will fight.
