Alex (16) and his younger brother Tommy (3) are getting Abused by there Dad , and Alex has to try and find away out with Tommy , otherwise he will die trying

I woke up with Tommy still asleep, I've been having a lot of nightmares, I just had one of my dad killing me in James's basement , and I just layer there and died while he laughed and watched
I slowly got up, and went downstairs, glad to see my dad isn't there, probably at work or on some drug binge, he always does this after he has a date atleast it went well
I suddenly remember that I have a bunch of homework , and I quickly try and get some done before I gotta wake Tommy up
I get about 1/5 done, I'm gonna be in shit for this With the teachers
I go and gently wake Tommy up, he whines but then sits up, and I get him ready
I get ready too, i got some Black sweatpants on, aswell as a dark red long sleeve shirt, they're so warm, all mg clothes are so thin
Rebecca gave Tommy a coat, it's his birthday tomorrow, I need to bag things on the way home tonight...
Typically I can't do birthdays, Last year I was in bed with a broken Arm and a fractured leg , James pushed me from his moving car My arm was allll cut and bruised up for weeks Or something like I have absolutely no money
2 years ago I had to have sex with like 4 people to get Tommy a good birthday stuff, as I wasn't allowed money until somewhat recently
I start walking to school after dropping Tommy off, I get there just before the bell rings and I sit down, Jason didn't look at me, m not complaining, Rebecca did a soft smile at me and I smile back, I'm feeling better than yesterday (Not difficult since I was being beat with a baseball bat yesterday)
"So everybody, we have a new teacher starting today, His name is Mr Roberts, And he'll be just supervising this lesson and taking notes while I teach as normal" The normal start of day teacher says, I notice the Man in the corner of the room, doing a quick nod then doing a scan of the room with his eyes through his glasses, and holding a Clip board and pen
After couple more hours, I was back in the same room, And the lunch bell rings
"Oh can you all give in the homework?"
Everyone groan and I open my falling apart backpack and I rummage around,

"Alex? What about yours?" She says looking at me after saying something to Mr Robert
"Uhm... Miss, I uhm, I swear I did it, it's literally on the side I did it today, I promise I'm so so sorry can I bring it in tomorrow?"
