VALENTINE'S NIGHT.

"So you have never been in a serious relationship?" I asked looking at Daniel sipping my drink. He invited me to this restaurant tonight since I didn't have plans.
I knew he was interested in me but it could just be physical attraction.

"I have been in 2 actually. One in secondary school which doesn't count. And one in uni."He answered pursing his lips.

"The first one ended because of distance the last one,she cheated. "

"So basically just one serious relationship ending horribly and you became a player."I said shaking my head jokingly.

He chuckled lowly," You see I haven't been much of a player, just relaxing with a few baddies waiting for the right one to come." He said licking his bottom pink lips.

"Ouu, how many girls have you said that to?" I laughed. He chuckled," A few." I laughed at his response shaking my head.

"So you are Igbo right?" He asked as they served the food. This restaurant was just so..

"Yes from Imo State. What about you?"I asked eating my food.

"I'm from Edo state."He answered swallowing his food.

"For real? what's your Edo name?My mum is actually from Edo too,"I answered smiling.

"Do you have an Edo name too? "I shook my head 'No',"Tell me yours."

"Oghenetega." He answered making me smile widely.

"Tega,nice."I smiled making sure not to forget. I actually like the name.

"Do you work with James?"I asked. "I sell and fix a lot of electronics,so I help install the CCTV cameras in his hotel and restaurant that's how we work together."He explains making me nod my head slowly.

"I can't forget you own Dera's. I feel you always say it in every conversation I have been in with you and other people. "He said making my mouth hang open before I laugh," No, I don't." I say.

"Okay, maybe I do but not all the time."He chuckled lowly. The goal is for everybody to know about my brand and shop. I need money people!

We continue to talk and laugh before his phone on the side of the table dings. He checked it then laughed,"I think your friend has finally forgiven James." He informed making me smile. We literally had a whole conversation about it.

"I will go and see her after."He looked at me after locking his phone.

"You are coming with me after,are you playing?"His face looks like he's trying to be serious.

"I swear you play too much."He chuckled calling the waiter so he can pay the bill. After paying,we leave the restaurant, walking side by side.

"So thank you for dinner."I smiled as we reach my car. He pulled me for a hug, I hugged him enjoying his smell," Not you sniffing me."He said as I pulled away laughing.

"Call me when you get home,okay?"He opened my door for me and I nodded my head smiling. I dropped my bag on the passengers seat then started the car.

After closing the car for me, I waved then he backed away as I zoom off grining.
