Dave Starlight.

"Be ni ma....ese ma... alright ma." Christiana hung up after talking to her grandmother who was just checking up on her.

It was around 6 in the evening and she had just finished work. Throughout the whole day, people had been looking at her whispering and even gossiping loudly.

Her face looked like she had cried which she had. She had read through the comments, seeing what people were saying made her cry all night. James had been calling her but she didn't answer. She went to stay with Deji throughout the weekend.

Aishat had comforted but returned back to Lagos for work.Chidera hadn't even called her or checked up on her, she herself was in tears and too embarrassed to tell anybody. The twins and Ire had texted her to check up on her and she lied saying she was good.

"How are you Christiana? I haven't seen you throughout today. " Gloria asked walking along side with Rotimi and Fredrick.

"I'm good." Christiana replied simply. They arrived outside. She heard a loud horn and they all looked in the direction. She saw James coming out of his Lexus.

"See you guys on Wednesday." She said waving at them. They just smiled going their seperate ways.

She completely ignored James going to her car, he swiftly held her hands dragging her to his car. "Olamide, leave me alone." She tried to fight his grip.

"Christiana!" Rotimi yelled out her name and James and Christiana looked at him as he walked towards them.

"Is he disturbing you? " Rotimi glared at James' hand on Tiana.

"It's fine, He's not. Thank you though." She answered quickly not wanting to cause a scene. James and Rotimi looked at each other before James walked towards him slowly.

"Let's go ah." She hissed holding him back. He held her hand then opened the door for her. Rotimi walked away as James just stared at him for a moment entered the side of his car.

"Where's the key of your car?" He asked with an annoyed look plastered on his face.

"None of your business. Open this door let me leave." She responded with an annoyed look on her face.

"Your car might as well sleep here." He said starting the car. Her leg bounced repeated and she huffed before handing him the key of her car.

"Here, drive it to her house and you can just go home afterwards." He told his driver who Christiana didn't notice was at the back seat. "Okay sir, good night and good night ma." The driver left them.

"Just take me home, I don't want to be around a liar." She spat angrily.

"I know I am not the person you are talking to or talking about. " He said. If she didn't already know, he was angry with her too.

She was shocked, she had at least expected him to be begging or apologizing as usual. She hissed loudly and he glanced at her before he continued driving.
