SOME WEEKS LATER.

"So how was the introduction?" Chidera asked. Tiana laid on Dera's bed eating plaintain chips while texting her man.

"It was nice."Christiana replied simply.
A few days ago Tamara was Tamara's introduction and it was pretty simple and lovely.

"So where are we going again?"

"That new mall that launched yesterday, we are meeting with James and the guys there. My man wants to check his investment." Christiana answered. Chidera nodded checking her wardrobe for something to wear.

"Do you think I should still try braided wigs?" Christiana asked scrolling through Ire's business page.

"Yeah, I want to revamp the one I have sef." Chidera replied scratching her head. Tiana looked at the price then decided to place an order.

Chidera picked a green short gown while Tiana was in a simple black shorts and a green baggy shirt with a her in a ponytail swoop she did for the introduction.

"So birthday girl what are your plans for tomorrow?" Tiana asked as they entered her car.

"I don't know but we are going clubbing. I had plans to go out with Daniel but he just ghosted me after I told him I wasn't interested in anything serious. Like is it wrong to not want anything serious? I even thought guys like causal." She ranted connecting her phone to the car.

"James actually told me Daniel said he wanted something serious with you but I didn't expect him to just ghost you, I thought he would just continue trying." Tiana explained.

"Guys have wahala I swear." Dera hissed irritated. She missed talking to Daniel, he was very much of a listener especially since he didn't talk much.

The both of them did everything people in a relationship did and she didn't want to get serious because she was afraid.

"Dera spending." Tiana chuckled as Dera brought out 5k flunting it as she recorded both of them singing the song with energy.

"These hoes need to know we are not on the same level." Dera said trying to form an accent.

"Period, let them know." Tiana laughed and Dera joined going ahead to post it on her Snapchat story.

"I wanted to ask you about something." Tiana started.

"What?" Dera asked with a smile as people started reacting.

"On Easter Sunday, I messaged you but you didn't reply but that same afternoon you sent James a picture. So it was just on my mind like did I do something...or what's with messaging James?" Tiana asked not wanting to sound it was an attack or something.

"I didn't see any message you sent to me for real. And about messaging James, I just thought it would be cute sending it to him first. After that, I didn't text him on anything else. " She explained in a cool tone.
