When Jordan walked into the Cafe that Friday night it was the first time he saw Spencer since prom. When Spencer looked up and saw Jordan looking at him, he gave him a smile. "How's grandpa Willie?" He asked Jordan. "Good, resting at home." He replied.

"Good to hear." He walked towards the counter to grab a towel and wiped the table down. It was 9:30, which meant they would be closing soon.

"Can I talk to you about something?"

"Juliet?"

"How'd you know?"

"Well, she broke up with Kyle."

"She what?"

"You didn't know?" Spencer was shocked.

"No, I didn't."

"Well, seeing as y'all are best friends now, I figured you knew."

"No, I haven't talked to her since Monday."

"She avoiding you?"

"Maybe more like we are avoiding each other."

Spencer looked at Jordan with wide eyes, now he was intrigued. "What happened after prom?"

"Nothing, I swear."

"Then why are you avoiding each other?"

"I'm avoiding her because the night of prom I maybe had a dream that I slept with her."

"Messy." Was all Spencer told him before he walked back over to the counter.

"What does it even mean."

"I'm no dream interpreter, but I'm going to say you either miss her, the sex, or both."

"I'm with Simone."

"Man. Why do you keep saying that? I know who you're with. But that doesn't mean the one that you're with is the one that you want. Trust me."

"So what do I do? Tell Juliet?"

"Hell no." Spencer laughed. "She just broke up with Kyle."

"She really broke up with him?"

"That's what he said."

"Because of prom?"

"I didn't ask." He shrugged.

Jordan ran his hands down his face. "I'm with Simone."

"Then stay with her."

"Yeah." Jordan bent over and rested his arms on the counter top. Juliet was single. As much as he hated to admit it, it was something he had been waiting for for almost a year. It shouldn't phase him, but it did. He knew once word got around that Kyle and Juliet broke up Simone would be on edge and he couldn't act any different than he did or else she would know something was up.

Two weeks. It had been two weeks since Juliet left Kyle in the parking lot at school. Two weeks since she last talked to him. Two weeks that she missed him. Two weeks that she focused on school counting down the days until graduation.

"Come out tonight." Olivia said to Juliet and Layla as they sat eating lunch. The two girls looked at each other then looked to Olivia. "Layla you've been cooped up in the studio and Juliet you've been a hermit in your bedroom."

"It's called work." Layla laughed and then took a bite of a carrot.

"It's called I never see my friends anymore."

"I can't. I need to study." Juliet told her.

"We have two weeks left of high school."

"Thank God."
