Nagireo oneshots (english)

Cold night

Nagi's pov:
It was mid January and the weather was terrible so me and Reo couldn't go out to play football. That being said, we have decided on having a sleepover tonight at my house.
I waited patiently for his arrival as I cleaned up my messy room. I dusted the shelves and made the bed. I also vacuumed and mopped the floor.
After doing my chores I was already exhausted so I was lying in bed. It caught me off guard when the bell rang so I got up lazily out of the bed to open the door.
I greeted Reo and welcomed him inside. We went directly to my room and discussed about what to do.
"Would you like to play some video games?" I suggested.
"Sure!" He agreed almost immediately.

We started playing all sorts of games and I always won. I kind of felt bad for that but Reo didn't seem to really care. The hours passed extremely quick and I was really tired but I kept on playing since I didn't want to be a hassle to my friend.
My gameplay started getting really bad as I was getting more and more tired by the second.
"Hey Nagi, are you tired?" Reo noticed and asked me about my behavior.
"Mhm." I muttered.
"Okay then we can continue playing tomorrow, it's pretty late after all."

I agreed and then went to the bathroom to change into my fuzzy pajamas. I was then followed by Reo who did the exact same thing.
Once we were ready for bed, we plopped onto the mattress.
I admit that my house wasn't quite as nice as Reo's. Actually, if I'm being completely honest, mine is not even comparable to his. That's why, during winter, my house gets really cold. I don't have any "high tech" machines to keep it warm.

I grabbed the warm blanket that was lying at the end of the bed and I placed it over Reo and myself. I was still really cold. I wanted to ask Reo if he was okay with the temperature but I noticed him facing the other way so I decided not to bother him.

My bed is really small so our backs were touching. I didn't mind it though.
I wanted to fall asleep because I was really tired but I couldn't. It was too cold.

That's when I started shivering. I felt as if I was at the North Pole or something like that. I prayed that this coldness would go away but it just wouldn't.

Suddenly, I felt Reo turn around and hug my waist. I was still facing away from him so he couldn't see my blush.
I smiled and relaxed into his touch.
"Nagi, are you cold?" He asked me worriedly.
"Yeah, but I'll be okay, really." I tried to reassure him.
"No you won't! Have all of the blanket, I can sleep without it." He offered.
"You liar. I can feel you also trembling." I said as I turned to face him and hug him back.

His eyes widened at the sudden action but he quickly got comfortable in my arms.
We were providing warmth for each other and it was more than enough.
I began slowly massaging Reo,s hair, helping him fall asleep faster, as he was very slowly rubbing circles on my waist with his fingers.

I felt myself drift to sleep along with Reo, but just before that I quickly kissed him. He kissed back and pulled me closer.
After we pulled away we both whispered an "I love you!" to the other before falling asleep.
