Lost

Nagi's pov:
I got lost. Literally.
I was returning home from the mall but I think I took one or maybe two turns in the wrong direction and ended up here. Nothing familiar was here. The street I was on was full of houses but it was pretty late (9:00 pm) so nobody was outside.
I sighed and sat down, resting my body weight against a wall. I would be lying if I said I was not scared. My phone was dead and it was really cold outside. I had this feeling in the back of my head that I wouldn't make it through the night. Most of all, I was afraid of the dark, so knowing that I was going to spend this lightless night alone outside was creeping me out.

My only option was to go to sleep. After all, I was to scared to stay up. I closed my eyes and hugged myself and fell asleep.

Reo's pov:
I just finished picking up groceries from the store and was heading home. Since it was late I decided taking a shortcut to get home faster. As I was walking I noticed a figure lying on the sidewalk. Huh? Nagi? I approached the figure and it was indeed my friend. He was sleeping outside? On this weather? At this hour? I was beyond confused. Anyway I gently picked Nagi up in my arms and also held my groceries. The way home wasn't easy but I refused waking the boy up. He looked just like an angel and I felt bad disturbing his peace.

When I arrived home I slowly placed Nagi on my bed. I smiled and pulled the covers over him, keeping his body warm. I went on with my night routine and left the sleeping boy alone.
While taking a shower I was thinking how lucky my friend was that I had found him. I'm sure that if I wouldn't have, things would've ended badly.
I returned to my room and slowly got in the bed next to Nagi. I planned on falling asleep but my friend had woken up at the sound of the bed creaking when I got in.
"Reo? Where am I? How did I get here?"
"I found you on the streets sleeping so I brought you at my house. It was tough, you know?"
"I- thank you!" He said gratefully as he hugged me tightly. I blushed at his sudden action and then smiled.
"I'm so lucky to have you with me. I love you, Reo!" Nagi took me by surprise. I have been crushing on him for a long time and I was thinking about confessing but I guess that I didn't have to after all.
"I love you too" I muttered as I fell asleep due to his warmth.
