Night 3 - Neverland

Somewhere on the island, Neal fell after losing his grip on Pan's shadow. Before he could go anywhere, Felix emerged from the bushes

"Welcome home, Baelfire" he greeted him "Pan will be so happy to see you"

Felix then tied Neal's hands in front of him and escorted him through the jungle to the camp

"Feels like just yesterday I welcomed you to Neverland the first time, Baelfire. Gotta say, hoped I'd never see you again" Felix said, nudging Neal with his stick to keep moving

"Maybe Pan shouldn't have taken my son" Neal replied, walking

"Maybe you should've left well enough alone" Felix countered

"I'm going to get him back" Neal promised

"You really believe that? You were a lost boy. You know Peter Pan is not to be trifled with" Felix reminded him "You know how long he's been searching for the heart of the truest believer. Do you really believe he'll just give him up?"

"Maybe if I ask nicely" Neal said, nonchalantly

"You may have grown up, Baelfire. But it would appear you've grown up stupid" said Felix

"I have grown up. I don't know if I'm stupid or not, but I do know I know how to tie an overhand knot" Neal said before freeing himself from the ropes and quickly turning around and hitting Felix in the face, knocking him unconscious "I'm not a boy anymore, Felix. I sure as hell ain't lost" Neal said, covering Felix with his jacket to hide him before leaving

Day 4 - Neverland

Gold was mixing some berries and coated three fingers in the painting, bringing them to his face and drawing three lines over his right eye.

"You've always felt more comfortable behind a mask" said Belle, suddenly appearing next to him

"You were the only one who could ever see past it. Past the mask of the monster" Gold replied

"Then why put it back on now?" wondered Belle

"I need the monster, Belle. It's the only way I can save him" Gold explained "And that's what I've decided: I'm going to save Henry"

"The prophecy states that Henry will be your undoing. To save him you ensure your own death" Belle said

"You don't think I can do it" Gold said

"I think your intentions are good" Belle replied "But a lifetime of craven self-interest is a nasty habit that you've never been able to break"

"Things are different now" said Gold softly

"How? What's different?" asked Belle

"Because I have nothing to live for" Gold whispered

Belle grabbed Gold's hand "What about me?"

"You're not real. Just a vision" he said

"But I'm, I'm back in Storybrooke, waiting for you" she reminded him

"You shouldn't be" Gold said, leaning closer "When I said good-bye to you, Belle, we both know it was for good" he said, getting up

"Well, maybe I think you'll come back" Belle argued

"Even if I did, eventually you'd leave me because you can see me for what I really am. You think you see a good man, but in time, you'd see the monster" he replied "My son is dead. The only way I can redeem myself is by saving his son and giving my life"
