Witch Hunt - Part 2

Regina rushed to her desk, taking of her gloves and placing them on it, and leaned to open one of the drawers

"An earthquake?" Angie asked, startling Regina when she entered the office "Really?"

"I had to make a statement" Regina replied after she composed herself "And you're fine. So, do you think they bought it?"

"Yeah, I'd say they did" replied Angie

"Good"

"Now let's see if we can find who really cursed this town" said Angie, going to check no one had followed her while Regina took out her magic stuff

"How long do you think we have?" the mayor asked

"Until whoever casted this curse realizes you're not actually on the run from me, but until then, I don't think anyone's going to suspect we're working together" Angie replied, sitting down

"Let's see it" Regina asked her for the potion

"Is it enough?" Angie asked, hopeful

"Uh, to use? No" Regina confirmed, examining the vial "But to replicate? I think so"

Angie smiled "Then I can get my memories back and we can wake up everybody, start figuring out who the hell sent you all back here this time"

"And I can make Henry remember me" Regina said softly "Thank you"

"For what? We haven't done anything yet" Angie replied

"You were right" Regina mentioned, continuing to set things up "You saw how quick this town was to blame me. But you" she chuckled "Even without your memories, you still believe I didn't cast this curse"

"Because you didn't" Angie repeated

"Even though everything that's happened has brought you here and it could bring Henry too?" Regina pointed out "Maybe this was a super complicated and genius plan"

"No it wasn't. I can see it in your face. This time, you didn't do it" Angie said, once more, making Regina smile "Come on, let's get started on that potion"

Snow was at Granny's, reading a book helping her prepare for giving birth

"Cradle cap" she whispered, marking the page by folding the top corner as she read out loud "A crusty, yellow, greasy, scaly skin rash that babies get on their heads. My God"

"You know; it goes away" a woman sitting on the next table over said. She had light red hair and wore a dark green jacket and a bright green pendant "It doesn't hurt the baby"

"It doesn't?" Snow asked

"Babies are stronger than you think" the woman assured "You're Snow White, aren't you?"

"It's Mary Margaret here, actually" Snow corrected her "This must be your first time in Storybrooke?"

"I missed the last curse so, everything in this world is still... a bit new" the woman replied

"Don't worry, you'll get used to it. Who were you back in our land?" Snow wondered

"Oh, no one you'd remember. Not everyone is famous like you"

"I don't know if I'd say famous" Snow said

"You were a princess" the woman pointed out "And some of us were just supporting players. Oh, it's okay" she added when she saw Snow's face "I loved who I was and what I did" she said, getting up to stand next to Snow "I was a midwife"

"Really?"

The woman nodded "My name is Zelena" she introduced herself "I've seen a lot of new mothers. Don't worry, you'll learn quickly"
