The Child Of The Star

Chapter 1

You know how you feel slightly refresh but still mostly sleepy when waking up from a long nap after a tiring day.

Thats exactly how I feel right now 

Opening my eyes, the first thing I saw was that everything was blurry before my vision returned and trust me when I say this I don't remember having it this clear.

Realising I was in the middle of a forest with huge trees surronding me and everything was extremely detailed for me as if looking through the highest quality resolution camera, maybe even better.

Sitting up I looked at my hands, they were tiny as if they belonged to a child.

Looking at my clothes, I was wearing a red kimono with two swords lying down next to me.

Trying to remember how I got in this situation did not help at all and there were blanks in my memories like what my name was, about my family, etc the only thing I remember were that I was in my 20's, I was a new risingstar artist, various anime, manga, game characters and their lore, but it only gave rise to more questions for me.

Seeeing that sitting down and trying to find answers were a waste of time, I decided to get up on my feet (which I just noticed were just as tiny as my hands) and making sure to pick up the swords.

Suddenly a suprising thing happened, I was able to hear sound all around me from small heartbeats, breathing sound, and as if alot of things were moving looking around I only saw small insects and birds in tree with ease then I started to smell things frrom grass below me the trees, birds etc.

It was a strange yet amazing experince for me somehow.

Deciding to test them out I tried to first hear the sound of water or a river, I suddenly got the sound of water runing from behind me, now I tried to smell the water and sure enough I was able to smell fresh water from behind me.

I moved in the direction behind, the slow walk turned into a light jog before I knew it I was running in full sprint towards the river.

As I continued to sprint, everything around me had been slowed down and it all was just as clear before, runing made me realise the river is quite far from the place I woke up in.

Yet I wasn't even slightly tired, my breathing remanined even through out the journey.

Getting close to the sound and smell of fresh water I was able to see it was surrounded by many trees which would make it easy be un - noticed by a normal person, yet it was easily spoted by me.

As I reached the river, I looked at my reflection in the clear water and was stunned.

I looked exactly like a kid version of yoriichi from demon slayer, I even had the sun demon slayer mark on the left side of my forehead.

Drinking some water, I decided to add into my list to question the reason why I looked like yoriichi from demon slayer.

Seeing no answer come to my mind, I looked towards the swords on my left.

I grabed the one with a three small flower like petals it looked familier to me from somewhere, as I slowly brought out the blade my eyes widened beyond humanly possible.

I sword was extremly sharp and had a flame like pattern on it, I immediatly recognised it.

I stared at it for a while slowly turning it to get a complete look, it looked more deadly in person. I could feel it had it's own will, I decided to put it back in Its scabbard and out it down.
