It was 7 in the morning and Yoriichi was on his way to Kurenai's house. Team 7 was had become official yesterday after they passed Kaskshi's test. The team was called early morning to meet up but Kakashi won't probably be there till 8 or 9 am. Yoriichi had been called by the Hokage and was told that he would be paired up with Kurenai and the newly formed team 8 for a few days. When he reached Kurenai's house he knocked on the door, and after a few minutes, he heard footsteps from the other side of the door. It creaked open with Kurenai standing in front of him.
The ravenette's hair was a mess, she rubbed her eyes and yawned. When she was a bit awake she saw Yoriichi standing in front of her door.
Kurenai: Yoriichi?
Yoriichi: Good morning Kurenai.
Kurenai: Good morning but why are you here?
Yoriichi: Hokage orders I am an independent team, So I will be paired up with other newly formed teams. He told me I will be paired up with you and your students.
Kurenai nodded and was nearly fully awake.
Kurenai: Give me a few minutes.
Yoriichi nodded as Kurenai closed the door as she moved towards her room she passed the mirror hanging on the wall, something in the reflection Kurenai's widen as her face became red like a tomato. She was in her white bra and panty and she had greeted Yoriichi like that, it means.
Kurenai: 'He saw me nearly naked!!'
She covered her face with her and felt a massive amount of embarrassment.
After half an hour, 15 minutes of feeling embarrassed and trying to calm herself down, and another 15 minutes of getting ready, she exited her home.
Yoriichi: You ok there?
Kurenai just slightly glared at him as Yoriichi looked confused. She noticed he was in a new attire.

Yoriichi: What with that look?
But Kurenai just walked away ignoring him, Yoriichi quickly caught up to her.
Yoriichi: Did something happen?
Kurenai sprinted towards training ground 8, and Yoriichi followed her. Both traveled over rooftops, and alleyways it was as if Kurenai was trying to lose him, and this confused Yoriichi even more.
Yoriichi: 'Is this a test?'
Soon both reached training ground 8 yet Kurenai didn't spare Yoriichi a glance. Yoriicho gave up not wanting to dive into that area. Yoriichi went to sit down against a tree as Kurenai stood a bit far away from him.
Kurenai: I heard you fought a Jonin for your test, How did it go?
Yoriichi didn't answer her question deciding to ignore her like she had ignored. After a few minutes, Kurenai sighed. She moved towards him.
Kurenai: Hey.
But Yoriichi continued to ignore her.
Kurenai: Hey!
Yoriichi's eyes were closed not responding to her calls.
Kurenai: Ok! I am sorry for ignoring you.
Yoriichi: Did you say something? I didn't hear you.
Yoriichi acted as if he was cleaning his ear, and Kurenai's eyebrow twitched.
Kurenai: I SAID I'M SORRY FOR IGNORING YOU!!!
Kurenai had a massive blush on her face feeling embarrassed, Yoriichi opened one of his eyes and smirked at her as Kuenai glared slightly at him but the blush on her cheeks just made her look cute.
???: Kurenai-sensei!
Hearing the familiar voice both looked back to see Kiba with Akamaru walking beside him followed by Shino and the cannon-shy Hinata.
Kiba noticed Yoriichi and pointed at him.
Kiba: Hey Yoriichi! What are you doing here?!
Hinata: K-Kiba i-its ru-rude to poi-point at o-the-others.
Kiba: Fine~
Yoriichi: Hey shino, Hinata.
Shino nodded while Hinata gave a shy nod to him. As they and Kurenai greeted each other, the ruby-eyed woman decided to explain the situation.
Kurenai: The reason Yoriichi is here today is because the Hokage had decided to make him an independent team meaning he would be paired up teams and shinobis by the Hokage. He is paired with our team for a few days.
The news shocked the three!
Kiba: What?! Why does he get to go solo?
Kurenai glared slightly at Kiba for his outburst effectively shutting him up as he trembled slightly under the cold gaze.
Kurenai: Yoriichi was chosen to be an independent team because of his combat skills, if you have a problem take it to the Hokage.
With that, the case was closed as Kurenai decided to have them train rather than go on a mission. They would train one on one.
First Hinata vs Shino (I am skipping this one)
Shino won with his bugs draining Hinata's chakra and Her having no confidence in her abilities.
Second fight Yorrichi vs Kiba
Kiba: I'm going to beat you today Yoriichi!
Yoriichi: Is that so?
Kiba: Yeah! Always on the top of the class! trying to look cool!
Yoriichi raised an eyebrow.
Yoriichi: 'Looking cool? The fuck is he talking about?'
Kiba: Don't ignore me! Fine. Akamaru!
Kiba tossed a pill to Akamaru who swallowed the pill and became a copy of Kiba. Kiba and now turned Akamaru being to ran towards Yoriichi trying to close the distance. Kiba sent a punch towards Yoriichi's face who either flinched nor blinked at the attack this confused Kiba. Akamaru quickly attacked from behind slashing at Yoriichi's back with his claws but they failed to even harm his clothes now Akamaru was confused. Akamaru tried to tackle Yoriicho this time as Kiba continued to punch him but wasn't doing any damage as Yoriichi just stood there. Suddenly bowed this confused Kiba even more as Akamaru tackled him to the ground by accident. From the side lines the rest of team 8 watched in silence.
Kurenai sighed at this, the match between Hinata and Shino told her what they needed to work on but Kiba and Yoriichi's matched was just Kiba getting a beating.
Kiba: Damn it! Why the heck are you strong?!
Yoriichi: Because I train alot.
Kiba: No! Your always at the top, always ahead of everyone! No-one can reach you! You're even ahead of Sasuke all the time! I just don't understand?! On some damn throne looking down on everyone single one of us!
Yoriichi just stood quietly looking at Kiba with a blank face. He started to walk away.
Kiba: Hey don't ignore me!
Yet Yoriichi kept walking away from Kiba not saying a word to him.
