(CW: A very brief mention of death)

Solaris had finished their room room, the theme being a raspberry colour and different shades of blues. They didn't know why this sort of colour scheme was the one he chose, but it looked pleasing to the eyes. At least, that's what Solaris thought.

The room was decorated with little snow globes and various blank blueprints neatly stacks on an art table, along with some blank papers and various pens and pencils, as well as charcoal and a protractor and compass.

Solaris had a small bookshelf lined up with different tools, kits, and books about various projects to work on. His room wasn't heavily decorated as he didn't want to go over the top and just enjoyed the simple things. Solaris's bed was made up of various shades of dark purples and magenta while the pillows remained grey.

Suddenly, there was a knock on Solaris's door. His rays twitched and turned towards the sound. "Come in." Solaris announced.

The door opened, and it was Eclipse, who had an unsure look to their face. Solaris tilted their head. "Can I help you?" he asked as he crossed his arms.

"We have a newcomer present." Eclipse replied, looking up at the other.

"What do you mean by that?" Solaris walked towards Eclipse, confusion on his face.

Eclipse pressed their lips together into a thin line before sighing and making a gesture as to say to Solaris to follow him. Solaris did but pressed on. "What do you mean there's a newcomer?" Solaris turned their head towards Eclipse.

"Another one of us. I couldn't get their name as they were too frantic. I managed to calm them down and relax. Said I grab one of you guys. Make them feel comfortable and whatnot." Eclipse explained.

Solaris hummed. "Where are they?"

"Guest room." Eclipse said.

Solaris eyes squinted in a 'what the fuck' manner. "We don't have one." Solaris said.

"Now we do!" Eclipse replied in a cheerful tone. Solaris tched and continued to walk until the two of them got to the guest room.

There; on the couch; was another animtronic just like the two of them. Their colour scheme was made up of maroon and black, left eye blue, and the right yellow. Their outfit consisted of a black vest and a long white shirt with matching cuffs, a red-orange tie, black pants, and red-orange shoes with a dark red being the pumps of the shoes. Their outfit also consisted of a black collar and gloves; different blues. The top gloves being a regular blue and the bottom sky blue.

Finally, their glasses were oval shaped that perfectly on their face. Their posture on the couch was crossed legged with all four of their arms in the lap.

"Hey... Are you alright?" Solaris asked, cautiously walking towards the one sitting on the couch.

The other looked up and fidgeted a bit and then spoke. "I'm... fine." they replied.

That voice... it was so... monotone. So... emotionless. The duo felt unease but carried on. Eclipse cleared his throat.

"Who are you, and where did you come from?" Eclipse asked.

"I... My headmaster died. Only I remained. I used his star and now... I'm here." the other Eclipse said. "I used to have... I used to pretend." the other Eclipse said.

"Pretend?" Solaris asked.

The other nodded. Solaris and Eclipse looked at each other and back at the one on the couch. The other continued to fidget a bit more. Solaris walked up cautiously towards them and clasped his hands together.

"What's your name?" Solaris asked.

"I prefer Luminix." Luminix answered.

The duo nodded, taking mental note of their name. "Do you have any pronouns that you would like us to use?" Solaris titled their head.

Luminix thought for a moment as they thought for a moment and spoke up. "I use... ve/ver/verself." Luminix replied.

"Ok. While you take in to settle in, do you want to create your own room? There's one more living with us, and we won't bother you. If you need anything, you can let us know. " Eclipse said, reassuring the other.

Luminix nodded.

Maybe things will get better for the time being.

Suddenly, another voice came into the room. "Actually... make that two other people thar live here." Eclipse and Solaris turned around, seeing Pulsar with another robot.

"Pulsar... who the fuck is this?" Solaris asked.

"And, why do they look like Solar Flare?" Eclipse added on.

Pulsar giggled nervously while Paradox stood awkwardly in place. The household was growing. Although Solaris and Eclipse would need to talk to Pulsar later on.
