Mia's POV
As I get up from my nap, I felt pain, there was a cast around my ankle and gauze around my wrists and memories start coming back.
I look around my room to find nobody. Where's Andy?
I get up slowly with difficulty to see a bag laying on the floor, I open it and find clothes and ...a velvet coloured box, I open it to find a beautiful ring.
I can't do this.
I go to my moms room, I need to find some pills, i need them, I promised Riley and Andy not to cut so I need another way to be relieved. I need those pills! I need the pain to wash away, the pain I've lived my whole life, I need to remove all these voices, all the negativity no matter what.
I open the drawer to find a bunch of pill bottles everywhere, I grab the closest one which so happens to be pain killers and take it to my room, I take three of them and lay there looking at the ring wrapped around my finger.
Does he really like me? I never had anyone like me. Why would he anyway? I'm just an ugly mess. He could get all the women in the world so why me? It's probably from pity. Well I'm not a charity case.
I hear the door open slowly and hide the pills as fast as possible.
"Hey, your awake" he smiles bright.
"Yea, I wanted to take a walk around" I lie.
"Okay" he looks at my hand and smiles. "you found them?"
"Yea, thank you so much Andy, it's beautiful, it means a lot to me" I hug him.
"Anything for you babe" oh my god, did he just call me babe. eek.
"I love you" i kiss his cheek.
"Do you wanna watch a movie?" He grabs my laptop.
"Yes, it's been so long" he sits next to me and ended up watching The Theory of Everything.
...
The movie just ended and I'm crying so much.
"Wow, never knew the movie would be that sad" I sniffle with a giggle.
"Yea, it was just, wow, never knew Steven Hawking was a player" he says and I punch him in the arm.
"That's just mean, he's a genius" I say.
"Yea, yea, alright" he rolls his eyes.
"I'm so tired" I yawn.
"Me too" I rest my head on his shoulder and he rests his head on my head and we just drift to sleep.
