Five days ago I woke up confused and disoriented on a plane.

I was angry with my brothers, angry at them for not ever telling me why they seem to be so important to everyone around us, angry at them for not telling me why they were so unbothered by what happened at the restaurant that night and angry at them for transporting me to a different country without any warning.

We're been staying at this little Villa in Spain which is much more cramped than our house. There's only four bedrooms which means I've been bunking with Romeo and Luca because Lorenzo refused to share with anyone except me.

I didn't want to share a room with him though, I'm mad at him the most. He's the one that has the most secrets, I can tell.

When we got here, Arlo said my first holiday would be 'fun' but Lorenzo has forbidden us from stepping foot outside. They've all been playing bored games and getting into wrestling matches to remain entertained because Lorenzo also confiscated phones.

However, I've been completely isolating myself, choosing to spend all my time sitting on my window seal with Bear, painting and reading. I also haven't talked to anyone since that night.

At first they were all desperate to get me to talk, even bribing me with promises of cookies and sweets but I think they gave up after the forth day, realising that I wasn't going to break.

I would today though.

I have a plan. All my brothers seem to be okay with this arrangement, they've not once questioned Lorenzo or even asked if we could leave the house for a bit. All of them except Romeo, who's been very vocal about his distaste for this whole holiday.

I yearn to be outside and so does Bear so I'm going to propose a plan to Romeo after lunch.

After Lorenzo and Arlo go back to their rooms to do lord knows what on their laptops all day and while the rest of the boys are distracted with whatever game their playing today, Me and Romeo can escape and go on a little adventure and return before they even realise we're gone.

We all eat breakfast around the big oak table in the middle of the kitchen as Angelo and Gabriele explain the new game they invented. "So basically it's called knife toss and..." Angelo drones on about the rules of the game for the next ten minutes.

It doesn't sound like a very fun game as it only entails throwing knifes at each others heads but to each their own I guess.

Once breakfast is over, I grab onto Romeo's sleeve as he goes to get up. He looks at me confused as I mouth to him to follow me.

Once we're both in our room, I shut the door and turn to him. "Whats up," he says questionably.

"I want to go out," I state "You know we can't Enzo will-"

"Yes I know but he's busy all day, he won't even notice we're gone," I interrupt him. "Uhhh I don't know, he won't like it," He says wearily but I can tell he's considering it.

"Just look at that, we should be out there," I say, pointing out the window towards the beautiful white beaches in the distance. Romeo thinks for a solid minute, pacing back and forth over and over again.

"Fine, yeah okay it'll be fun," He said smiling, now fully convinced. I quietly squeal and hug him.

"Okay okay, what's the plan," he asks, laughing and pulling me off of him.

I make my way over to the door and pull it open a crack, revealing the previously muffled shouts of our brothers who our distracted playing whatever game they've decided on.

"See listen to that, they're too engrossed in their game to ever notice we aren't with them," I reassure him. "We can just hop out the window and be back in two hours before they're any the wiser," I say, feeling confident that this plan is fool proof.

Romeo agrees and we both slide on our shoes.

Knowing that we both don't have our phones thanks to Lorenzo, I leave a little note saying "Me and Romeo gone out- be back soon :)' incase they do discover we are gone.

I don't want them to worry or think we've been kidnapped or something.

After grabbing my bag, me and Romeo hoist an excited Bear out of the window and follow him out.

We sneakily run down the road, only stopping when we're out of view from the house and begin our walk down the sandy streets of Barcelona.
