I caught Toby looking at me. I don't know why but I swear I know him. "Rylee!" Shane called out. "Huh?" "I was calling your name... Are you OK?" Shane asked. "Yes big brother, I'm Ok." I say and kissed cheek, Shane really Torri's brother but since I've known him for along time I called him my brother. I looked at the time. "Football boy, you have to go." I tell him. "Ok, I'll talk to you guys later." Shane says and left the Cafeteria. I forgot to mention, he's a senior.
Jade left after Shane and kyle and Torri escaped to make out. That leaves me and- where's Leo? Great. I layed my head down on the table. Seconds later I felt a warm tension. It was Toby. "Do you mind if I sit here?I saw that your friends left you." Was that their plan? Leave and watch me mingle with a taken hottie? "Yeah, they always leave." "Thet left you here? What about your boyfriend? That muscled one that just left?" "Shane? He's not my boyfriend. He just has a crush on me." "Leo?" Toby asked. "He's my ex." I tell Toby. "Oh. Then who is this lucky guy?" He asked. "I'm single." Toby looked at me. "I can't believe that someone beautiful as you... is single." I blushed. "That cute how you blushed." I hid my face. "Don't be shy." He says. "It's embarrassing." "To blush?" "In frony of a hot guy." That did not just came from my voice. "You think I'm hot?" "Sort of..." "You should meet my brother. He reminds me of you." Toby says. "Yeah. Maybe."

Toby was in all of my classes! It was so weird. With him talking to me and him being my lab partner..... It just made my classes go by faster.
"I'll see you tomorrow." He says and Shane hugged me from behind. "Get off of me." I tell him and he does. "Leo!" I say. He was just walking out of class. We waited for the rest of the gang. When they came, they knew I was mad. "You left me!" I say. "We saw the way Toby was staring at you..." Kyle said. "SO you knew he was going to come to the table?" I ask. "We're very predictable." Leo answers. "So, what happened?" Torri asked. "Well, he asked if he could sit with me and-" "Boring! Give us better details. "He called me beautiful and I blushed. He also said I look cute when I blush... I hid my face and told him I was embarrass to blush in front of hot guys. Then Toby said that I called him hot." I tell them. "AW!" Torri squealed. "Rylee, you have a crush on Toby." Leo and Shane sang. "No I don't!" I say. "She's blushing!!!!!" Jamie said. "No I'm not!" I laughed. "See... she had never blushed in years!" Leo was referring to my very first boyfriend who left without saying good-bye.

I walked home after telling them that I don't like Toby. When I got to my house I realized that mg parents weren't home.They are hardly ever there. I liked being home alone. I got use to it when I was 10.
I went to the attic and went through some boxes. I found a box labeled Rylee & Mike. Just what i was looking for. I opened the box and pulled out a locket. I put it on and cried.
