The game was boys v.s girls. It was intense. I got hit by Shane twice. He laughed and ran after Torri. She was a easy target. I don't even know why she even came but I'm glad she did. It would've been weird.
I heard Torri and Shane laughing in the distance. I wonder where Toby is. He's probably out there plotting to get me. He could be anywhere. Suddenly, I was pulled into the shadows and I felt a pair of lips crushed against mine. I fought back but realized it was Toby. His lips are soft and warm. I pulled back and so did he. "Wow." I say and we kissed again.
After the making out scene, Toby snapped his fingers and I woke up from my daze. "I'm guessing we're together now?" I ask and he smiled. "Yup." he said and kissed me once more and then I shot him with the laser. "Tag." I say sticking my tongue out and started running. I heard his footsteps behind me and I hid in a corner. He won't find me. He won't find me. He wont- he jumped in front of me and shot the laser. It hit my shoulder and I shot him back and then we kissed again.
Torri found us making out and took a picture of us. "Too cute!" she squealed. "Can we get some privacy?" I ask. Shane walked over to us. "What's going on?" he asked. "I just caught Rylee swapping spit with Toby!" Torri said. I swear she acts like a 5 year old when it comes to me kissing a boy but I still love her.
Torri showed Shane the picture that she took of us a few minutes ago and he sighed. "You seriously need to get yourself a girlfriend. You look pathetic." Torri says and Shane rolled his eyes. I feel sorry for the guy. I think he should let go of this crush on me. I liked him but then I knew my friendship with Torri would be weird and he's going to be in college next year and I won't be able to see him. I thought this out months ago.
We all left the arcade and went out ice cream. I suggested we go to Sonic. I had a sonic blast and it was delicious. Shane and Torri got milkshakes and Toby got a banana split.
"I'm glad that we didn't have school today." Torri said and texted somebody. I'm guessing it was Kyle or Leo. She's probably telling them about me and Toby's make out scene. Typical Torri. "Me too." I say and cuddled with Toby in the backseat. "I'm so glad that you have somebody, Rylee. It's been a long time since you dated." "It was your fault." I say. "You didn't have to date all those guys." "I didn't want to but you forced me." I tell Torri she laughed. "I thought you'd be happy." "I was happy until those guys came into my life." I joked. The only guy that I dated that I had true feelings for is dead and I can't do anything about it.
As Shane was driving, Torri got bored and turned on the radio. The song Friday by Rebecca Black came on and Torri starting singing!
"Kickin' in the front seat
Sittin' in the back seat
Gotta make my mind up
Which seat can I take?"
That song is stupid! Who ever discovered her must be deaf or something because that is not music. What irritated me was when I change the station... The song came on again. This time Shane and Torri were singing together and Toby was laughing at me because of my torture. Then Toby thought it would be funny to turn the volume on full blast and wing along with Torri and Shane. They just love to see me mad!
After the song was over, Shane dropped me and Toby off at my house. My parents weren't home. Not surprising. "Do you live alone?" Toby asked. "No. My parents are never here." I say and plopped down on the couch."Are you close with them?" I shook my head. "They stopped talking to me after Mikes death. They blame me for it. He was the son they always wanted. They thought he was perfect for me." I tell Toby and he looked at me. "Why do they blame you for his death?" he asked. "They thought I killed him because i was jealous.I loved him. Why would I be jealous of him?" I ask and Toby hugged me. "It wasn't your fault. Don't think that." he says hugging me. "Act like Mike." "Are you comparing me to a dead person?" he asked. I shook my head. "I mean you act like him. He's always telling me that I shouldn't give up on little things and that I should enjoy them." I say and he smiled. "I'm just playing a my part as a boyfriend." he tells me and we kissed for a while. I gave him a tour of my house and showed him my parents room. "This place looks untouched." he said.
