Your POV

The Poe Cup is about to come and there was a terrible accident, Yoko is allergic after accidentally eating a couple of slices of garlic bread. I suspect Bianca is after this, Divina seems mad at her, luckily Yoko's allergy is not very severe.

I come to check on Enid since she is very passionate about winning Athena Hall, Bianca's dorm. While I close my door, a person pumps into me, and we both fall to the ground.

"I'm sorry! Are you ok?"

"No, I'm fine. How about you, Merlin?" I help her stand up.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm sorry, I was in a rush!" she blushes hard.

"Nah, it's fine! I guess you're heading to the Principal office!"

"Um..." she tenses under my gaze.

"Then have fun. Imma go upstairs. Try your best at the Poe Cup, Merlin! Your hands must be very strong since you are able to handle my aunt, right?"

"I'm just kidding!" I put my hand on her shoulder and lean closer "If she does something hurt you, please tell me"

I leave her standing in the hall, too stunt to respond. I stop outside, I hear a conversation between the girls and I don't think I should interfere.

"So last year, Dante Hall's ship just go upside down in the middle of the lake, Hamlet Hall's ship suddenly turn around and our Hall ship just end up like Dante Hall"

"So there must be someone under the water helping her"

"Also, Weds, we only have 3 people, including you!"

"So?"

"How can we beat the other dorm with 3?"

"We have an Alpha wolf"

'Okay, I'm out! That's enough for today!'

I quietly turn around and try to run away, but the room door all of a sudden opens, Wednesday looks at me just like she just caught a delicious prey.

"Hi!" I awkwardly wave my hand.

"Come in, donut. We have to talk"

I swallow. The nerve in me is so tense that it could snap at any moment.

"Alpha! You have to help us win Athena Hall! I can not bear to lose to that dorm another time! Please!" Enid grab my hands a begging with her teary eyes.

"I don't know, I thin..."

"I heard that miss Thornhill is very excited about this event. She also happened to bet with other teachers that our dorm would win. Can't imagine what happens if she loses" Wednesday says calmly.

'A trap. This is a trap!... But what if it's real?'

"Yeah, you heard Weds! This is her first year in Nevermore and being our dorm mom. You don't want her to see her dorm lose right?"

Both of them corner me, I have no way to escape. But think about it again, they are right. Marilyn forbids me to touch her for the rest of the month, if I win the Poe Cup, then...

"Well... then I'll join. Not because of Mar... miss Marilyn, it's because we are friends and I like you guys! As an Alpha, I shall go back to my room and learn some spells for this! Goodnight!"

I get back to my room and stay up all night to study as many spells as I could. I will bring victory to my dorm and then... heheheheheheh.

The day has come, the Poe Cup is here. I wear my black cat costume with some whiskers drawn on my face and my ears, my wolf ears on my head. Wendy looks good in her costume too, although she doesn't look happy.

We get on our boat, Merlin in the front, Enid, Wednesday, and then me. Enid like usual gives Ajax in Hamlet Hall a flirty gaze, Wednesday and Bianca give each other some sarcastic words. Only when Larissa starts her speech that they stop.

"Now, let the Poe Cup begin" the gunshot followed after that.

I turn back and put my hands under the water, I use the spell I learn and push my boat go forward at high speed, quickly leaving the rest behind.

"Good job, Alpha!" Enid yells in excitement.

"Ahh!!!" Merlin screams in terror as she's holding her dear life to the boat, I can even see Larissa's worried face from afar when she hears it.

Soon, we arrive at Raven Island, my hands are shivering a bit, using this spell already drain me.

"You three stay here, guard the boat" Wednesday says and runs.

So we stay here, not long after that Hamlet Hall also come, they were all boys so that's understandable.

"May, distract those Joker for me, please!" Enid taps my shoulder.

"Mischief pup!" I smirk.

I make them look away and Enid comes to their boat, scratches a few holes, and comes back as if nothing happens.

"Thank you!"

"Your welcome, pup!"

It takes Wednesday quite some time to take that flag, Athena Hall also arrives and runs in to take it as Wednesday comes back.

"What took you so long?" I ask.

"Nothing" she glares.

We row back as I already drain from using the spell when we start, lucky that I'm a werewolf so we are still very fast compared to the others. Hamlet Hall is very fast but because of Enid's "gift" so they soon sink out of the race.

Then, something happens, and our ship is pushed to the side. I struggle to balance the boat so we don't fall. I see Thing, Wednesday servant or something, jump out of the boat. A minute later, everything was back to normal, and we speed up to the finish line.

"OMG, we did it, Wednesday! This is the greatest moment of my entire life!" Enid hug Wednesday, lift her up, and swing around.

"Cut. It. Off" Wednesday's voice sounds helplessly in the pup's embrace, I also think that I see a smile on the goth face. Hope that isn't real or the world would come to the end!

We come back to the quad and take the cup, Larissa seems happy since there must be at least 30 years from the last time Ophelia Hall win the cup. Merlin stays in the back smiling at Larissa while my aunt looks at Enid holding the cup high, cheering with the others.

Marilyn approaches me, her hand taking mine and grabbing me away from the crowd. We stop at some secluded corridor. She pushes me against the wall and gives me a passionate kiss.

"You look good in your costume!" she whispers between our kisses.

"I would look better without it!" I hold her waist, pull her closer as I deepen the kiss.

I use my advantage and wolf my tongue out, muffling hers, exploring her mouth, taking her breath away. Her hands placed on my shoulders slowly move down under my skirt, she slides into my boxer.

"Oh shit! Yes! Ma... Mary!" I drop my head on her shoulder.
