Merlin POV

"Why are you here?"

Why is she here?

What is she doing here?

Why are they standing so close together?

'Is she going to steal Miss Weems?'

"Am I interrupting something?"

"No dear. We're just talking, that's all!" aunt Morticia wiped the tear at the corner of her eye, she smiled at me weakly "I have to go now. Goodbye, Issa!"

She rushed out of the room. Larissa avoids my gaze when I look at her, wanting an answer.

What were they talking about?

"Come, take a seat Lyn!" Larissa placed her hand on my shoulder.

I come and sit next to her on the couch, she pretended as if nothing happened. The anxiety in me keeps growing, the feeling like something writhing in my chest is killing me. I am always insecure about myself, my mother, Ophelia, and my aunt look like twins except that my mother is blond. That's not bad, but because my face is very alike to theirs and I have dark hair, it makes people mistake me for aunt Morticia's child. They compared me with her, told me how perfect she was and how lucky i am to have an aunt like her. Then i came to Nevermore, i met the love of my life. I thought that I could have Miss Weems all for myself, I can make her love me because I look just like her ex.

But my aunt, the woman that already has everything. She came back, being close to the one she abandoned, trying to steal my woman.

If I hadn't seen my aunt kiss her in my vision, I would have believed that they were just friends.

"What is my Lyn thinking in her head now?"

I snap out of my thought. Larissa's face is in front of me, she smirked. Her full lips seduced me, they lured me away from her words and into her beauty. I grab her collar, pull her closer to me and take her lips.

'My Rissa will never betray me for that woman!'

??? POV

It's quite thrilling to be in Nevermore, the school is quite dark at night, chilling air gives people that shiver down their spine. This would be such a lovely place if it were not a school for those monsters.

Speaking of monsters, my dearest Shapeshifter has always been such a good servant, doing everything I told her perfectly. Like drugging Laurel, she has done such a good job!

Lovely Laurel Gates is all alone in the greenhouse, busy watering her plants without knowing I am now standing only a few feet away from her. She must be thinking about that werewolf and her mother. Who know that bitch knew my Laurel and insulted her.

Well, it's not that I like or have any interest in Miss Gates, I just think that our blood shouldn't be wasted for those filthy men out there. Joseph Crackstone's bloodline should be continued as pure as it can be.

I want to breed her.

But for now, let making her become my partner in crime. The drug will make her mind relax and easier for me to control, combined with my charmed amulet, she can't escape her fate. Her pathetic love for that girl will be my knife to end the strongest monster in Nevermore.

"Miss Thornhill, what are you doing so late?"

"Oh, Thomas! I can't sleep so I think I should go down here and take care a little for these guys here!"

Yes, we know each other.

I work at Nevermore as a security guard, I lie that I'm a psychic. These monsters were easily fooled by my fake identity and all related papers. The Alpha wolf must be surprised, she was the one that told the Principle to hire more security guards, but instead of protecting the school, she invited the one she had been looking for in.

"Do you want to tell me about it? It's better to speak it out than hold it in. I promise I won't judge you!"

The redhead thought for a minute then sighed, the drug is working well.

"Well... my boyfriend's family doesn't like me"

"Don't lie, I know who you're dating. May Marshall right?"

"You properly heard about all the rumors about us! Yeah, I'm dating her!" she came closer and sat in the front seat.

"Must be difficult" I take a chair and sit opposite her "Let me guess, it's because you're a normie"

"Something like that"

"I used to study here, I know what kind of people her mother is. Lori Marshall, she a stubborn one, a bully, an evil woman. Her husband, Adam Marshall, is a weak man who doesn't have a voice in the family. Imagine if his wife tells him to change their daughter's mate, he will totally do it without complain"

Her impression shifted, the thought of losing her puppy is kicking in. Now, it's showtime for my amulet.

"Also, the Alpha werewolf is quite close with another girl lately. Do you see them? Maybe her parents are working on it now!" the amulet on my neck glowing.

"If only they were all gone!"

'That right Laurel, help me kill them all!'

Marilyn POV

What am I thinking?

Why did I say that to him?

But it's true. If they were all gone then there would be no one can tear us apart. I and May can finally be together.

"Do you need help?"

I just know Thomas for 3 weeks, but everything he said is just like a spell, I believe him and trust him. It's just weird but I can't help it. Of course, I do suspect him, but again I keep listening to him.

Why am I keep talking to him?

"I... I... um..."

"Laurel, don't worry about it. Let me help you get rid of those people. They just trying to take away the only one who is truly nice to you. They don't want you to be happy, Laurel!"

'That right, Laurel! Your students are only nice to you because they don't want to fail your class. The Principle and the board only accept you in because of their public face. No one like you, no one but May. Your wolf!'

"Listen to me, Laurel! Do what I say and you will be happily ever after with your girl. Okay?"

I don't want to! This is a trap! This man must be the killer that attacked May!

I have to leave!

Why I can't move?

What is going on?

Why I...

"Alright, what the deal?"

This is my intention when I came here anyway, they killed my brother, destroyed my family. They have to suffer my pain!

"Now that the Laurel Gates I want to see! Give me your puppy hair, I'll make her yours forever! She will only care about you, only think about you, only love you! No one will ever steal her away from you anymore!"

"Then it settles!"

'No! This can't be happening!'
