Soon, the next day came and the group of friends arrived at GUN HQ, where they were greeted by Rouge's friend and Special Operations Commander, Lieutenant General Topaz.

"Hi there, Topaz, darling~." Rouge greeted the woman with a flirtatious smile, while Shadow, Maria, Brave, Darkness and Omega saluted. Topaz rolled her eyes, but couldn't help but smile back.

"Hello, Rouge. It's good to see you again." She turned to Molly. "You must be the pilot that Rouge recommended. I'm Lieutenant General Topaz Tanaka, Special Operations Commander. Welcome to the Guardian Units of Nations."
"Molly."

"Right this way. The other Generals are awaiting for interview to begin." Topaz led them to a conference room, where several Generals were waiting, including the General of the Army, Commander Abraham Tower, who was in the middle. Tower was a man in his 50s or 60s with a grumpy look and two different colored eyes. When they entered the room, Topaz, along with the others saluted.

"Commander Tower, here's the pilot that Agent Rouge recommended." She explained.
"Hi, Abe!" Maria waved happily at Tower, making Molly confused.
"Y-you know him?"
"We're old friends." Maria explained, smiling at Tower. "He used to be one of the kids I played with back at the Arc."

Tower grunted, unimpressed, but didn't seem to mind. He, along with the other generals had a serious expression on their faces that would make even the toughest soldier nervous. But Molly didn't even bat an eye. She had been through so much already, and she was ready for whatever challenge came her way. As Topaz took her seat, Brave whispered a optimistic "Good Luck!" loud enough for Molly to hear.

Tower cleaned his throat and began speaking.
"Now that we're all here, let's get started with it then. Full name?"
"Molly Aurora Sakuhana."
"Can you tell us about your experience with piloting?"
Molly cleared her throat. "I was the captain of the Resistance of my home planet, Cascade. I was responsible for planning the attacks and leading my crew into battle against the Metarex. I have experience with various types of spacecraft and I'm comfortable with both manual and automatic controls."

The generals listened intently, nodding in approval. The Brigadier General asked, "What is your combat experience?"
"I have experience with both hand-to-hand combat and combat with various types of weapons. I was trained by a military force and have been in numerous battles against the Metarex." Molly answered confidently, shading the truth that she was trained by Nega.

The Major General nodded before asking:
"What other vehicles do you know how to pilot?"
"I have experience piloting various types of aircraft, including fighter jets, helicopters, and cargo planes."
Topaz cleaned her throat and answered. "Miss Sakuhana, if I may, do you have any powers, like Agent Shadow and Agent Maria, for example?"
"I have the ability to control heat."

The Generals exchanged looks, intrigued. "Can you elaborate on that?" The General asked.
"I can generate and control heat at will. It gives me what people call 'Laser eyes' as well as the ability to heat up objects or surfaces. I can also use it as a defensive mechanism, creating a barrier of heat around me to protect myself from attacks."
The generals were impressed with her skills, and Tower cleared his throat.

"Very well, Miss Sakuhana. You seem to be a capable pilot with combat experience and unique abilities. We shall prepare a simulation to test your skills and see how you perform under pressure. If you pass, we'll assign you to a team and you'll be given a mission. Do you accept?"

Molly nodded, feeling a sense of excitement wash over her. She was ready for this challenge, and she knew that she could prove herself to the Generals. She looked at Shadow, Rouge, Maria, Brave, Darkness, and Omega, and felt a sense of gratitude. They had helped her get this far, and she was glad to have them by her side. She turned back to the Generals and saluted.
