On earth, a blonde hedgehog was walking through the fields, taking in the lush greenery and the clear blue sky. It was Maria Robotnik, the first Reborn of the Sol Dimension, and Shadow's best friend.

Maria smiled as she felt the warmth of the sun on her face. She had been cooped up inside for too long, and she needed to get some fresh air. She looked around, taking in the beauty of the fields, and sighed contentedly. She had missed this feeling. It had been so long since she had been able to enjoy nature without the fear of being hunted down. She closed her eyes and breathed in deeply, feeling the cool breeze on her skin. She wondered what Shadow was up to, and hoped that he was doing well.
"Maria. Maria, do you copy?" Shadow spoke through her headband's speaker, she smiled and pressed the button on her headband. "I copy, Shadow. What's up?" "Eggman's attacking Station Square again. We need you here, ASAP."
The blonde hedgehog's smile faded and her expression turned serious, before sighing. Her cousin has always been a thorn in her side, but she knew that she couldn't let him get away with his evil plans. And besides, it was fun to play with him. "I'm on my way." She answered, as she dusted herself and swift her hands through her hair. "Chaos Control!"
As Maria disappeared in a flash of light, Molly's ship approached Earth. She couldn't help but feel a sense of hope as she landed on the planet. She knew that she had a long road ahead of her, but she was determined to find Shadow and any other allies in her fight against Nega and the Metarex. She stepped out of her ship, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
Meanwhile at Station Square, the members of Team Dark were already on the scene, fighting against Eggman's robots. Shadow was using his Chaos Control to teleport around the battlefield, taking out as many robots as he could with his Chaos Spear.
