Xavier couldn't lie; he was curious about what his father was hiding from them. He could say what he wanted, but Zay knew something was bothering his father. He looked for the man to be joyful after the birth of his little sister almost over a month ago, but he still walked about with his cloud over his head as if he was plotting something. Also, he still had him and others doing this odd mission. They were a mafia, not kidnappers, and lately, that's all they have been doing besides looking for Pierre.

Today was the last straw. He and Barkley had just returned after being gone for three fucking weeks rounding up men and women they knew nothing about. The two of them missed the homecoming of their babies, and they both were behind in schoolwork which his Opa was screaming about as if it was their fault. He was done and wanted answers; either he would give them to him, or he would find out about it on his own.

Yes, Xavier was tired, but he needed to speak with his father as he and Barkley made their way this his office, finding it empty. "I see you ugly niggas had the same idea as me," Elias spoke from behind the door. Zay couldn't believe he beat them to the punch but could care less. He only hoped the man found something.

"Ja, please tell me you found something."

"No... this nothing on his computer or the file cabinet—"

"Did you check his desk?" Xavier asked as Elias shook his telling him they walked in before he could. Swiftly he made it over to his father's desk seeing it was locked with an unusual code lock. It was something new, but nothing they couldn't break. The man must have forgotten they raised a group of hackers, and there wasn't anything they couldn't get into.

"Dad...."

"Bark, what are— Xavier and Elias!" Xylia yelled as Barkley quickly covered the girl's mouth and pulled her into the room as Shanice, Ava, and Yejide followed, causing Elias to sigh. The girl was supposed to be on bed rest, but she was still following the others about. They had gotten in her head that walking around would help the baby come faster. However, none of that mattered because he was on a mission.

"Shh, Empress, and the rest of yuh. Yah, Father is out, and we are trying to find some answers. Something is going on he doesn't want us to find out about." Barkley whispered as Xy nodded, and Shy quickly shut the door behind her and locked it. As for Xavier, he went back to working at the lock until he figured out the code was Xeon's birthday. He normally would use his or the quints, but it had become too obvious, but inside his desk was a file full of documents dating back to before his Opa was born.

It talked about how his grandfather was against interracial relationships but married his grand grandfather Axel to an African woman only to kill her and the child she was carrying. It also talked about how he had several interracial children, whom he raised to hate interracial couples and children. None of it made sense to Xavier, but it wasn't what caught his attention. The last few pages contained all the names of the people they kidnapped and another that knocked him off, guard.

"I think y'all need to look at this!"

"Damn, Zay, lower your fucking voice before he gets caught by one of the fucking maids or something," Elias spoke, taking the paper out of his hands, but his eyes quickly widened, causing Barkley to snatch the document reading it too. "Nigga, do you mean to tell me the enemy been inside our gates this entire time— No, that can't be. We trusted them, and they played us...."

"Did you lock the door, Dad...." Xerxes spoke, opening his office. There was nowhere for them to run, so they all stood still as he turned on the light, then looked around the room. "Why are you little ugly-ass Neanderthals doing in my fucking office?!"

"Is this true?"

"XAVIER— all of you are too fucking old to be breaking into my shit snooping around. Yes.... Ja, it's true, and I'm going to handle it soon...."
