Hyunjin's pov
Clock is ticking -M-
I read through the message making my way downstairs.
"good morning son" my mom said as soon as I entered the kitchen.
"hey mom" I replied giving her a quick smile.
"are you enjoying your time with the swimming team?" she asked making me hum as I grabbed an apple.
"yes, I am...yesterday was Felix's first session we had fun" I answered.
"Mrs jeon called me the other day...she asked about you" she said making me freeze.
"I am fine mom, it is been years now....as long as that man is locked away I am fine...how is she holding up?" I asked.
"like usual" she answered.
"I miss our old home sometimes...i have a lot of memories there..especially with yeri" I said with a sad smile remembering my dead friend.
"yeah" she said humming." so how is things with felix?" she added making me frown.

"as they used to be" I said looking at her with a raised eyebrow
"he did not make a move on you..."
"he did...that's how I know about his feelings mom...i just refused them" I cut her off.
"why would you do that? He seemed like a good kid" she said sipping her coffee.
"and again...i told you I like someone else" I answered she scanned me up and down as if she was trying to read me" Don't do that" I added making her chuckle.
"as long as you are happy...i am too...but if you don't have a chance with the other boy give felix a chance I like him" she said making me roll my eyes.
"thank you for your feedback...i am running late" I said walking outside.

I took a deep breath before I jumped on my bike driving toward school, I was about to make a left turn before a car come in front of me I have barely managed to move aside but I crashed into the side of the road.
"shit" I groaned as I hit the ground...i stood up to look at the car but they escaped...who the hell were they? It did not have a plate too.
"young man are you okay?" I glanced at the voice to see an old man looking at me with concerned eyes...so were some people on the street.
"I am fine..."I said bowing my head...i think I twisted my left wrist and I have some bruises.
"the driver was the one who made a mistake than run...we need to call the police..."

"it is okay...i am fine now" I cut a woman off.
"are you sure?" she asked.
"If we call them they will inform my parents...i don't want to worry them...thank you for your concern" I replied making her nod as each person went back to what he was doing.
I glanced at the time making my eyes widen...i am going to be late for school.
" it is crashed...i am going to be late" I murmured checking my bike.
"I have a bookshop over there you could leave it with me...and take a taxi" the old man said making me smile at him.
"thank you so much sir" I answered doing as he said.
The school is close by but I took a taxi since I start feeling a little pain in my knee.

"what the hell happened to you?" jeongin said looking at me with wide eyes.
"I had a small accident when I was on my way over here...i will go change to my sport attire very fast" I replied making him nod.
I walked inside the locker room changing my dirty clothes before i walked back toward class.
"who spill his coffee on you?" Felix said chucking when he saw me...he is referring to the time I spill my coffee on han.
"what happened to you?" he asked his eyes turning wide as he saw me limping.
"nothing big, I almost was run over by a car" I said making his mouth fell open" you will catch a fly..."
"are you joking over something like that hyunjin? Did you see the driver? Did you go to the hospital..."

"Felix calm down...i am fine and no...i didn't see the driver because they ran away and I did not have time to visit a hospital " I answered squeezing the shorter shoulder.

"omg, hyunjin are you okay? Jeongin just told us" seungmin said running toward us as jeongin and han followed behind...the latter scanned me up and down before he took his seat not is far of mine, we didn't really talk since out encounter in the bathroom...he was nice to me that time...the only time
"as i was saying I am fine" I replied for the hundred time.
"we are going to the nurse now" felix said taking my hand making me whim in pain making all people present inside the classroom look at me...did he have to touch the left one?
"are you an idiot or what?" he added checking it."it could be broken" he continued.
