Wally breathed in and out softly, heading up to the office of Mr. Doreliane, his head pondering consistently in curiosity, hoping he would be able to have a vacation. Y/n looked at him with concern and held his hand with a sweet warm smile across her face, "Don't worry, I'm sure he won't mind," Y/n tried to excuse, Wally sighed. "You don't know that."
"I may not but you can't be negative, c'mon, where's that hopeful and sweet guy I know?" Y/n smiled, elbow nudging his arm in hopes to cheer him up. He laughed as she tried to tickle him, trying to cheer him up once more. "Hey~ Stop that!" He laughed, and she stopped and smiled, "As my other favorite animated character once said, you're not ever fully dressed with a smile!~" Y/n said enthusiastically, Wally smiled and hugged her, "Thanks."
"Not a problem, now come on!" She smiled, pulling his hand, and smiled happily, him giving her a small twirl as she laughed.
"How cute," Doreliane smiled as he watched through the camera, "I wonder what their excitement is about," Doreliane wondered as he observed them, them getting closer until he could hear laughter from outside his door. A knock was present while Wally talked quietly to Y/n. "Stay out here, I can convince him on my own," He said in a whisper, she nodded. "You better do it with a smile then," She smiled as bopped him on the nose which he didn't see coming. He nodded and left her standing by the door. "Come in."
Wally entered the black room, his screens brightly lit up the small parts of the room, Doreliane turned to look at Wally, the door closing behind him. "Welcome back dear friend," He greeted Wally, Wally smiled but still gave him a glare. "Hello...Doreliane..." Wally replied resentfully. "You keep your promises for her, that's sweet, may I ask why are you here?" Doreliane asked, "I'm here about having the week off to see my family, I want Y/n to come with me as well."
"Oh! That sounds very pleasant, are you excited? Because it appeared so earlier." Doreliane smiled meanly, trying to get on his nerves. "Yes, I haven't visited her in what?... Three years?" Wally replied, not phased by his tactic. Doreliane sighed and got two papers out from his desk and started writing on them. "What are you doing?" Wally questioned him, Doreliane looked up from the paper for a second through his mysterious glistening glasses and he fixed his glasses with his two fingers.
"I'm writing the papers for you and Y/n to go on vacay next week, what else would I be writing?" He challenged sternly, "Well I dunno, for all I know you could be writing an excuse to get me kicked out."
"Why would I waste getting rid of you when you have come this far and successful for the company? Your show is one of many things keeping this company going." Doreliane explained as he continued his writing. Wally stood there patiently for about a few minutes, "Oh...I forgot, you can leave now," Doreliane stated, a little disturbed by his smile and wide eyes as she stood there waiting for him to speak. Wally smiled and tilted his a bit, "I hope you have an awfully sorrowful week Doreliane."
With that, Wally walked out and smiled at Y/n. "How was it?" She questioned, "It worked out perfectly, looks like we have the next week off," Wally revealed and Y/n squealed happily, hugging Wally as he went limp again. "Well shit..." Y/n mumbled, regretting hugging as she forgot he goes limp sometimes. Wally almost fell out of her arms and onto the floor but Y/n propped him up against the wall so he could regain consciousness. "Sorry about that," She apologized as he began to regain both his physical body and consciousness. "It's okay, it happens sometimes," Wally laughed.
Y/n smiled and helped him off the ground, beginning to walk back to the parking lot, "So...what's your mom like?" Y/n questioned him suddenly, he looked at her nervously. "I couldn't know, she could've changed within these few years after my father died but before that, the most badass sweetest woman ever," Wally said, "Badass and sweet? How do those two combos go together?"
"Simple really, one-time Father told her not to dye her hair but she did it anyways, but she simply replied in a sweet innocent tone 'I can do what I want'" Wally explained, "Wow, now I get," Y/n replied. "Also, I'm curious to know what is your original hair color."
"It's naturally blue," Wally stated, "Aren't no way," She replied in denial, Wally nodded. "It's some kind of genetic thing, it first started off as black back in the day but over time it got brighter with a bluish tint until it become just blue," Wally explained. "What's your mom's hair color?" She continued to question, "Naturally purple but she decided to dye it blue after she committed with Father, Father of course didn't like it because he loved her natural color but she liked blue, so you get the jist of it," Wally explained further. "Odd story but it's cute she did it for father," Wally added.
