Y/n pulled her hair out of her ponytail and sat the rubberband on the dresser as she got into her night clothes, Wally entering just as she finished up. "Thanks for giving me a moment to do what I had to do," Y/n smiled and Wally nodded. "Of course, whatever you need dear," Wally said, prepping for bed. "Do you need me to sleep elsewhere?" He asked, Y/n looked at him in surprise.
"What? No, that's not necessary," She replied. "Really?" He asked, a bit in disbelief.
"Yes. Look, as long as it isn't anything sexual, I'm fine with it," She stated, Wally smiled and got in the bed. "Your hair looks cute down by the way," Y/n brought up as she settled next to him on the bed. "Oh...thank you," He replied to the compliment. Wally opened his book Maximum Ride and resumed it. "I see you're on book two now, must be a good feeling," Y/n smiled as she cuddle close to him. "It's a good book, want me to read it to you?"
Y/n nodded excitedly, getting a bit closer to him and laying her head on his shoulder. Wally blushed softly and turned back to his book, beginning to read aloud to her as if she was a child with a bedtime story. Eventually, Y/n dozed off on his shoulder and he gently pulled her off of him, placing her softly onto her pillow and covering her up. Wally yawned himself, placing the book off to the side.
For the trip, he never thought he would actually get to kiss her or even sleep beside her. He laid down on his pillow and looked at Y/n, smiling softly and giving her a small peck on her forehead. "Goodnight my sweet darling," He whispered, closing his eyes and dozing off.

Wendy gently waited as her coffee made itself, her foot tapping against the floor impatiently. Wally walked into the kitchen and looked at his mother. "Do you have any plans to get back at him?"
"Who?"
"Doreliane," Wendy replied, the coffee nearly done pouring. "I wouldn't say a plan to get back at him, more of trying to overthrow him," Wally replied. "Overthrow?" She perked up, Wally nodded, him adjusting the pin on his tie. "Is it a plan with Y/n and your little pet?" She questioned him. Wally looked at the pin and smiled solemnly. "Yeah..."
"Why do you still have his pin creature?" Wendy asked, "Same reason you keep your apron, it's the last thing I have that is the closest I'll get to him," Wally smiled as he placed his hand over his chest near his tie. "I see, so, could I possibly join in the plan?" Wendy asked in interest. "I don't exactly know, you'll have to ask Y/n, she's the one who suggested the plan honestly," Wally explained. "I understand."
"I'm sorry," Wally said as she began to pour her coffee. "For what?" She questioned, "Not getting into contact with you sooner," Wally said, looking away. "That's nothing to apologize about, I understand why you wouldn't want to contact me after the incident, just wished you would've came to his funeral," She stated, offering him some coffee. Wally accepted the offer and she poured his drink and handed it to him. "Well, I'm sorry I didn't do that either." Wendy sighed and sipped at her coffee. "Is this kids tempt?" Wally asked confusedly as he took a sip. Wendy smiled and nodded.
"Since the kids and I don't exactly like the temperature of our coffee, I figured out how to do it all thanks to a little recipe," She smiled, sipping at her drink. The kids soon ran into the kitchen, begging for the coffee with Wally laughing at the cuteness of their reactions. "Hold on, one at a time," Wendy smiled, pouring them each their own cup of coffee. "Espresso Depresso," Wanda said, "That's not working for you," Whitney mumbled at her wording. Know her sister didn't actually know what it meant. Wendy gave Whitney a glare as she shook her head, giving her a signal 'Don't you tell her'.
"I'm going to tell her," Whitney smiled, "Don't. You. Dare."
Whitney told her sister anyways with Wendy yelling at her angrily while she ran around the house with Wally just standing there awkwardly, not exactly knowing what to do as they ran around the house. He slowly walked back to his room with, giving off the 'fuck this shit I'm out' meme.
Wally sighed and gently sat down on the bed as he began to read Maximum Ride once more, Y/n waking up as he did so. "Sorry, did my sisters wake you?" He asked, a little bit unsure. Y/n looked at him as if he was insane. "What- No, I woke up on my own will," She replied. Wally sat the book off the side, feeling as if he was insane by making that comment. "Oh, I'm sorry."
"What's up with you?" Y/n asked him, Wally looked at her, slightly embarrassed. "Nothing."
"Oh it's nothing all right," She replied sarcastically, making Wally look at her, a bit offended by it but sighed it off. "Mama wants in on the plan," He revealed, Y/n looked at him, her face showing a bit of surprise but not entirely against the idea. "I don't see why not," She replied. "The more the merrier."
"I guess that's true, but is it really a good idea?" Wally asked her, "Yeah, we need all the help we can get, sure, I get why it's concerning considering she also is a target but I do like the idea," Y/n smiled happily. Wally couldn't deny it, the help from others made the plan succeed more but he was worried about the company targeting her.
