SUNJAI LOOKED the guard down up and down with a unreadable expression on her face. She was pissed, and just wanted to get home. "Y'all being so weird to me, ian' even do shit." She sighed.
"Yo' face getting swollen lil' mama," A women who Sunjai had to share a cell with pointed out. Sunjai backed away a little from the crackhead because something clearly wasn't right with her.
"I need to make my phone call." Sunjai then said, "Quickly."
She was ignored once again by the guard who was watching them, "On bloods y'all weird ashit."
She stepped away from the bars.
She refused to sit down, she was still in underwear and a bra, she didn't want to put her bare ass on the cold bench. She leaned against the wall with a sigh, Mookie was able to avoid getting arrested by pretending to pass out when the cops came.
The men who were still conscious, explained what happened to the police who refused to listen to Sunjai at all, which landed her behind bars with assault charges over her head.
When she was a minor she didn't care about being arrested, those records were eventually sealed. She knew if she was charged now, as an adult, her life would be ruined. That's what made her mad.
She was snapped out of her thoughts when a guard stuck his hand between the bars with a blanket. She eyed him for a moment before snatching it from his hand, "Thanks." She mumbled, wrapping it around her lower half so she could sit down.
As she got comfortable on the bench the crackhead stared at her, "You dance mama?"
"No." Sunjai said simply while looking down at her broken nails. She looked at the clock and it had been hours, it was nearing 2PM now, she had been in her cell for nearly 9 hours, the other 3 hours were spent booking her.
Sunjai closed her eyes and leaned her head against the wall, "Wake me up when we can get our call." She told the drug addict who just nodded and looked away.

Sunjai jumped awake, she sat up quickly and looked at the woman, "Why are you touching me?" She asked, pulling her blanket around her soldiers.
