"An ordinary wolf can't survive the amount of wolfsbane in her system. I'm glad she's lycan". The doctor said.
"Well,you have to do everything you can to keep her alive.I can't lose my sister." He broke down again.Not that he was crying but his voice cracked as if he would anytime soon.
"How's James doing?".I asked needing distraction from my So-called mate.
"James is stable too.I think he carried Julie in her wolf form down here before he collapsed at the gate after banging". I'm glad.
"I can see why they are best friends. I still don't understand why the moon goddess didn't think it's appropriate to mate them." Jayden huffed.
"Regarding her mate,he has been restless since we brought her in.He's fighting himself to stay awake even if he doesn't know what's going on.The mate bond is crazy".The doctor shook his head.
He's right,if the mate bond sense that your mate is in trouble or hurt,it will make you feel helpless and restless that is,if you both have met before and both are within close range.Crazy right?.
"Jayden I need your permission to go on with the antidote."
"They still have the requirements after all they went through.?..This is serious". I was shocked.
"I see no reason why that guy should live.."I winced but Jayden continued talking "...My sister and our best friend almost died because of him.!".
"I think that's even a good reason to let him make the antidote...They both risked their lives to go get those things and despite being attacked they protected those stuffs with everything they had.Imagine them waking up and they find out all their effort is put to waste." I need not say much.He's a wise man.Maybe not wise when it concerns us but still.
"You can do whatever you want but that guy is definitely going to get it from me when he wakes." He turned and walked away.

It had been five days since James and Julie came back and Jayden have been avoiding me since.
I go to training then back to the room Julie and I shared,get ready and spend the rest of the day going back and forth in the infirmary.
I walk into the infirmary and the Paulina who had somewhat become my friend in the last few days signal for me to come forward.
"That guy we made antidote for is awake and he had been facing the wall since.I think he's...". I didn't wait for her to finish her statement.I was already heading to Damion's ward.
After So many trials,they made the antidote the second day and fed it to Damion.We've been waiting for him to wake up but it took longer than we expected.
When I checked on him the previous day,the colors had returned to his face and he looked more alive.
I entered his ward and he was lay facing the wall and.. crying?
"Damion". I called softly as I approach the foot of his bed he didn't turn.
"Damion it's me Helena." I touched his arm making him to turn around.His eyes are puffy and red from crying.
"Are you a crybaby?.." We both chuckled "...what's wrong?" I asked with a more serious voice.
"Are you okay?". Concern laced with his voice.
"I am as you can see,so what happened?." I am getting restless.
"I_i heard what Julie-my mate went through for me to be alive..."oh-oh they've already told him. "..I don't deserve that help from her.she should have left me to die".
"So she can be miserable huh?,supposing I'm in her shoe I would have done the same thing for my mate so you should be thinking of how to make it up to her.She's been unconscious for five days now".I replied him.Even If Jayden continues to treat me as he did and he later got in trouble,I will do everything to help him.
"You know why I'm feeling like shit?.." I shook my head and he continued. "..I remembered the day I first learnt she's my mate,they've come to rescue their people and when I saw her my Alpha was with me.I can never let him find out.He'll make sure to kill her and say she will be my weakness.
"But in the fight,I shot her in the back with an arrow laced with wolfsbane.I swear it was a mistake but nonetheless I still shot her and she was carried away by some guy I don't know.My wolf didn't surfaced or bond with me for several days because of it and I hated my self for that.So you see,the mate I nearly killed saved me,I just don't know what to do".He start crying and I watch him.Before I throw the question I have been meaning to ask.
"Why did you people do it.?" He lifted his face and I'm glad he knows what I'm talking
about.
"I'm sorry Helena". He says and I shook my head.
"That's not the answer I'm looking for,I want answers Damion." I lifted my voice a little too loud just then did the doctor and my so-called mate barged in.
"I don't know if you will believe me but all I know is that Derek is trying to produce more wolves and he needs the human and lycan since he find out a mate between a lycan and human can make them bore a wolf.Believe me,none of us doing that shit with him have the same idea as his,he'd poisoned us all including our families,if you disobey him then your family won't be getting the suppressant until you learn." He shook his head.
"So what you are insinuating now is that you all are being coerced forced to killing and experimenting on people Huh?".Jayden scoffed..
"It's not our will".Damion reply was short.
"So let's assume he's successful in bringing more wolf to existence through his experiments,what will he do?."I asked him.
"We attack the Valenrina's pack."
"What.!!!"
