(Note!!! Everything is fictional and Esteban's place of residence, I know that he doesn't live in Monte Carlo!!!!)

"Y/N! Come on, you have to go to the airport slowly!" my mother called to me. "Oui Mama, I'm coming!" I called back as I threw the rest into my purse and ran down the stairs. "Super Esteban won't wait forever for you! After all, he's already in Monte Carlo and has his job secure!" she complained to me before we got in the car and drove off. "Oui, Mom, I know that I'm only starting at Alpine in a few days, but nothing important for now anyway !" I snorted, annoyed. "Oh, but it's important to bring coffee to the important people!" she said before we turned onto the road towards the airport. A little more than half an hour later I had already gone through the security check and finally got rid of my mother's annoying voice. I actually wanted to move out much earlier or rather move in with Esteban but he just said over and over again "Only when you have a permanent job in one of the teams or in Monte Carlo!" God how much I hated him for that! But now I'm standing here 23 Years old and a kind of intern at Alpine Racing. I was pulled out of my thoughts by the announcement that the flight 9-4-9 to Nice had now started boarding. I hurriedly went to the gate for the first class boarding that I had been waiting for for so long The air traffic controllers briefly checked my ticket and it didn't take long until I found my seat. The 2 1/2 hour flight from my old apartment in Hamburg to Nice went by so quickly that I didn't even notice that we were landing someone tapped me from the side and pointed it out to me. I thanked him quickly with a nod and sank back into my thoughts. Luckily I had brought my car here a few days earlier, which is why my mother let me out otherwise I would have been lost by now. So I took my keys out of my pocket and looked for my M4 in the delivery garage. It didn't take long until I became desperate and simply pressed the button on the key and heard a beeping sound next to me. "Wow Y/N, you couldn't have seen that before?" I asked myself as I slapped my hand against my forehead. I quickly packed all 4 suitcases into the car and finally got in my baby. I called over the speakerphone my best friend Kelly who is probably dating one of the racing drivers.

"Hey sweetie, how was the flight?" she asked very excitedly. I giggled a bit and drove slowly into the parking garage. "It went by very quickly!" I laughed. "That's nice to hear!" she said and was already waiting for me to ask her her address for what must have been the ninety-fifth time. "Kellyyyyyyyy... Send me your address again, I've already forgotten it!" I said, pretending to pout, even though she couldn't see me. I just heard wow sense burst out laughing at the other end and sent me her address, which I quickly entered into the sat nav before the traffic light turned green. "Thank you, we'll see you soon!" I said goodbye to play my favorite songs.

During the journey I kept stopping at the beautiful landscape of Monaco. Every now and then I also fell into thoughts. I mean, I'm starting a completely new life after giving up my job as a test driver at the DTM for BMW. I wanted more, I didn't just want to do tests but the whole race. Everything I dreamed of could come true if the team boss saw my training sessions at the Nürburgring. Otmar Szafnauer is a man who kept his word and he promised to watch some of my recordings and get me into the Academy if I was good enough. Shortly afterwards I was pulled out of my thoughts by my navigation system. "Turn left in 200m" I rolled my eyes that this stupid thing can't be quiet. After another quarter of an hour's drive I can get to Kelly's. I called her to say that I was there, that she didn't believe me, that I managed to get my dream car. So I got out and put my hand on the roof of the Midnight Purple colored M4, which in retrospect was probably not a good idea as it was really heated up by the blazing sun. I quickly pulled my hand away and just leaned against my car. When Kelly got outside all I saw was a male silhouette behind her and her face looking different. I started laughing and walked up to her to pull her into a tight hug. "I'm so happy to finally see you again!" shrieked the little German. I'll be able to talk to her in German. The constant English shouldn't become a habit. I would be happy to talk to someone in French but I think so far it won't come. Kelly quickly pulled away from me again and pulled the man who was standing a little behind her forward. Only now did I realize who it was. "Wait YOU and Kelly???? What did I miss, big guy?" I laughed happily. Kelly had question marks written all over her face. Max just laughed back. "Yes, to clarify the situation! Max and I were practically inseparable as teenagers. You would have thought we were together glued. Until he came to Formula 4 after karting and left me there alone. Since then we've had little contact, but I know that he's come a long way. After all, I couldn't be mad at my best friend and still have his pursued my entire career!" I explained to Kelly who was still confused. Max tapped it carefully. We exchanged information until I had to go for a viewing. However, when I entered the address into the navigation system, I realized that it wasn't that far away and started walking. Just before I got there I ran into someone. As I say high I realize that I just walked into what is probably the prettiest Monegasque. I apologized briefly and continued walking until he called after me, "Hey, you dropped your cell phone!" So I turned on my heels and thanked him, noticing that my cell phone was still unlocked but I wasn't anymore I was on Google Maps but on the phone. When I ssh'd him to save himself under "the guy from the street" I had to laugh a little, ok you smart guy. But when I looked up from my cell phone again and looked up, it had already disappeared. Without thinking about it, I went to the front door and rang the bell twice until the saleswoman opened the door for me. I had negotiated a good price with her, which meant that Esteban would have to pay €270,000 instead of paying €/$400,000. I had Esteban on the phone the whole time because he was still in Emilia-Romangna because of the interviews. Luckily he just had a break of 2 hours, which is why I had him with me at least part of the tour. When things got serious and she promised me the price of $270,000, I briefly exchanged ideas with Esteban, who quickly agreed. So I signed the purchase contract for him and me, which was also an exception because he was still in Italy and I am his sister. The saleswoman left the apartment straight away and I looked around again. It was beautiful despite the fact that it was kept simple in gray, black and white. With 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living and dining area and a beautiful kitchen, which was all furnished, you couldn't complain. So I grabbed the keys that were lying on a cupboard next to the door and put them in my bag, whereupon I saw the opener for the underground car park and put them in my pocket too. As soon as I got outside I ran into someone again. "For the second time today!" the person laughed. The voice sounded familiar to me and when I looked up I knew who it was. "Are you following me?" I hissed. "No reason to be so cynical! I live here! I think you're following me!" said the Monegasque, which took my breath away for a moment. Great, now I live under the same roof with him. "Well, hello, neighbor!" I said annoyed and made my way back to Kelly.
