Chapter 9: taken

Mackenzie Rosita Prime POV

"It's Primo. Damn it, they've got him. Give me the walkie." The woman said. The man Carol shot handed it to her. "Babe, what's happening?" he asked. 

"Lower your gun, prick." I saw Guagliò had his gun pointed at the man's head. "You, with the glock. All of you lower your weapons." 

I saw Dad pick up a radio. ::Come on out. Let's talk:: Dad said. "We're not coming out but we will talk." She then turned to us. "Names." None of us answered. "Names!"

"I'm Maggie, she's Carol, that's Mackenzie." Maggie said. "I've got a Carol, A Maggie, and A Mackenzie. I'm thinking that' something you want to chat about." The redhead said. 

I saw felt rage on Dad's side of the bond. "Now, we're gonna work this out right now, and it will go our way." She said. I saw Guagliò pick up the man. ::You can see we have one of yours. We'll trade:: Dad said and I saw Mom's gun was at the man's head. 

"I'm listening." The redhead said. ::First I want to talk to my daughter, Maggie and Carol:: Dad demanded. ::Make sure they're all right:: He said. 

"I'm gonna put you on. You say you're fine. I'll know if you try anything else." She snapped. She grabbed me first. "Dad, it's Kenzie. I'm fine." I said. 

::The baby's unharmed?:: Dad asked. "Baby's fine." I said. She then grabbed Carol. "Optimus, it's Carol. I'm-- I'm fine, but--"

"Now you." She grabbed Maggie. "Optimus, It's Maggie. We're both okay. We'll figure this out-"

"Shut up. You have your proof. Let's talk." 

::All right, this is the deal right here:: The people widened their eyes. Dad's holoform fizzled away and his truck transformed. Rick held the radio to Dad's face. ::You let my people go and you can have your gun and live. I won't even touch him:: Dad snarled. 

"Two for one, that's not much of a trade." Redhead said. ::You don't have another choice if you did you would've done it already. Which is exactly the reason you had my daughter send her dragon back:: 

I saw Dragonstorm land behind Dad. "We have to get him back." The man said. "Primo can take care of himself." Redhead said. 

"He can patch me up. I need him thanks to that bitch." The man said turning to Carol. "You lost your balls, Paula. You should've shot her in the head so they could hear her die. Same with the pregnant one-"

"They have a Cybertronian. We don't have the means to contact Starscream." I tensed when I heard that name. ::Look, I know you're talking it over:: Rick's voice drifted over the radio. ::It's a fair trade. Just come out, we do this, and no one dies:: Rick said. "Smug pricks. They must think we're stupid." The woman pointing her gun at us commented. 

"That's a good thing." 'Paula' said. ::Do we have a deal?:: Dad asked. "I'll get back to you." Paula told him. 

They covered us with our jackets. 

We walked somewhere and we found it was to a car. Once we got in the car, they tied duct tape on our wrists. 

They put us in a room and we had stuff on our mouths.
