TODAY is my second day here on Bubble Island. I woke up early again, so I have decided to do something for Build.

As I left the room I am currently occupying, I went straight to the kitchen. And as I expected, I didn’t see anyone there, since it was just five in the morning.

I will cook breakfast for Build---and, of course, for everyone as well.

Since I cannot do anything but to stay here, I will just grab this opportunity to do something to please Build and spend time with him. I want to make him happy.

I have decided to just prepare a simple breakfast dish: an omelet and a sunny side up egg, bacon, sausage, and egg fried rice. I also prepared a toast with chicken spread, coffee, and hot chocolate for Bua.

I smiled as I finished serving the dish on the dining table.

Perfect.

“You cooked?”

I immediately turned my head towards the person who spoke.

It was Finley.

I smiled lightly at him. “Yeah. Good morning.”

“Good morning too.” He walked towards me and peeked at the foods on the table. “Nice. They all look delicious.” He smiled. Then his eyes fell on the cup of hot chocolate I made for Bua. “I’m definitely sure that drink is for Bua. How nice of you.”

“Ah, yeah. I just remembered, she mentioned yesterday that she doesn’t drink coffee.”

He nodded, still smiling. “That’s right. Bua doesn’t like the taste of coffee. It’s so nice of you, remembering such details. But sad to say, no one will drink that sweet hot chocolate, because Bua isn’t here. She left the island last night.”

My glabella slightly puckered. “Where did she go?” then I asked curiously.

“Hallony. She left for a mission.”

Mission? This got my interest.

“Is it about FDS?” Build told me he is now on the move, after all.

Finley nodded, which proved my thought. “We received a message from our informant last night. We found the location where Aroon Chaichana currently lives. And now, Bua is probably now in that location. We haven’t received any updates from her.”

They have already found FDS. I can’t help myself but to feel excitement. But, did they send Bua on that dangerous mission on her own?

“Only her? How ’bout Luve?”

“Don’t worry, Bua isn’t alone.” He smiled. “Jak sent her to lead the mission. She’s with a team. While Luve stayed here to make sure of Jak’s safety. He’s probably in the monitoring room right now, checking the security of the island.”

That’s good.

But…

Based on Finley’s facial expression, he seemed kind of calm in a situation like this. Bua’s team is now on the move to capture a notorious serial killer. Isn’t he worried or something? Or, is he just that confident that they will successfully capture FDS this time?

“Anyway,” Finley spoke again, dropping the topic. “I’m not sure if Jak has woken up. Do you want me to wake him up for you? So we could start eating this ravishing breakfast you prepared.” And as always, his smile never left his face.
