Chapter 15 | Birthday

Scarlett pov

"Good morning" i greeted everyone on set

" Heyy, you're here. We'll film your scenes in a sec just getting the set ready" the director says approaching me

"my scenes? Aren't we gonna finish my shared ones with y/n today? Oh and by the way is she here already?" I asked and they just all look at each other

" Uhm... it's y/n's birthday" the producer says

" Yeahh, i got her a cake" i cheerfully says

" She doesn't work when it's that time of the year"

" Oh.. that's fine, I'll just go to her later"

" Scarlett... I think it's best if you leave her alone.. she's not a celebrator" they warned me

They look scared to be honest but i just shake it off and go to my tent to get my makeup done and we can start filming

My scene includes a lot of stunts with my doubles which means less work for me but the whole time I'm just excited to go to y/n and greet her

After at least 7 hours of filming we're finally done...i decided to not take the kids with me since it's already night and they're both tired.

I swing by for some cake and flowers andd some party decor before driving my way to y/n's house

I left everything at the car to surprise her later but she's not answering the door bell.

A guard suddenly goes out asking who am i and what i want. "Uhmm is y/n there?" I asked "she doesn't wanna see anyone today ma'am, I'm sorry" he says trying to close the gate

"HOLD ON, can you tell her Scarlett is here?" I asked earning his sigh before actually going inside but another guard showed up and stopped him

"Ma'am.. please just leave, we're gonna get in trouble" he says now approaching me

" How about i go inside and I'll tell her that i was the one qho insist and you two won't get in trouble" i proposed

They looked at each other still hesitant
" just let her...so she can also check her" the one who opened the gate earlier says

The other one just sighs and let me in making me smile to myself. I walked ny way inside seeing the lights are all closed and the silence here really is just deafening

"Y/n???" I opened the lights

I expected messy party decor but it's nothing, just a clean empty space. I decided to just go upstairs and find her room.

There's like 6 rooms and a whole Library up here but one room at the edge has the biggest door and so i just assumed it's hers

Before I went there checking the other rooms and saw one that was the second biggest. It's not locked and so i let myself in.. it's full of dog toys and even those playground slides.

The walls are so colorful and has frames of a cute shih tzu dog being held by y/n.
"Oaky" i mumbled reading the name on the wall

"What are you doing?" Someone suddenly says coldly making me flinch in frightened

I looked back seeing y/n leaning at the door frame

"I-Im sorry, i.. uhm was Just--"

"It's fine, i know you wouldn't listen to people saying leave me alone" she smiled walking towards me but the strong smell of alcohol just punched me

" Did you drink?? " I asked worriedly

" I love that little guy... he was my son yknow? " she sighs wrapping her arm around my shoulder
